I am a repeat customer. Gemma, Avril and the team are always extremely helpful and are often able to find excellent carers at very short notice. Wumi was perfect for our needs this time. She was flexible and understanding of a changing situation, as well as being highly experienced and compassionate.

I have used a couple of other holiday camps and neither was comparable to Barracudas. The young people running things are enthusiastic and popular with the children. The setting and range of activities are great.

Like many women, I don't want to spend money on a whole new wardrobe for the brief maternity period, so I just bought a few dresses from Seraphine and elsewhere. Naturally this means plenty of washing, and I've been disappointed by the quality of fabric from Seraphine. It bobbles (pills) really easily. The tights also seem to get holes at the seams really easily.
Also, the company has been having huge problems with delivery through their online service. This has partly been by their courier service, which isn't entirely their fault, but they have also lost an order of mine, not returned calls when they said they would etc. My parcel finally arrived on Friday on the third attempt at delivery, three weeks late. I have previously had one delivery from them which was absolutely fine, sothis may just be a blip.
