A good price on airfares and easy to book, got a discount on accommodation by continuing the booking through Webjet - and it was good as I’d been checking other sites so knew the rates, then booked a hire car too!
All done on one site, did not have to reenter dates or times - all connected and all reasonable price. Recommended.

Easy to use website
Easy to use website and make a flight reservation. It’s worth the few dollars extra that it cost rather than jumping from platform to platform in search of best value flights. It was all in the one place. I will use again.

Not even a 1 star...4 telephone calls…
Not even a 1 star...4 telephone calls totalling 3hrs 43mins and still not resolved. I would like to use my credit for another flight. I have been lied to (I called at 4:05pm and was told that Qantas office was closed today and they were unable to assist with my enquiry). When I said 'it's 4:05pm and there is no way Qantas is closed', they changed their story to Qantas is busy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ORGANISATION. They charge you ridiculous fees and their operation is in the Philippines. I can't understand their accept at the best of times...SHAME WEBJET.

Webjet had a system error which caused…
Webjet had a system error which caused my booking to change dates and the amount of days. Customer support claiming I booked the incorrect days despite having proof on afterpay that I did have the correct dates booked. Non refundable they claimed so I lose 320$. Disgraceful experience and the customer service was just as bad. Wouldn’t reccomend.

Do use this company it is only good to see all the airlines. Once you book here the airline will do nothing for you, go directly to the airline.
