Great customer service! Very well informed on their products and helpful when I wasn't understanding some instructions.

Long story short,somewhere along the line, my email address was changed from aol.com to ????.net so there was no way I could locate my order because, of course, it was not in my email and not on or in any of the three packages. Thank goodness your agents Karla and Andrea restored my faith in Quince.

I've wanted to try Quince for years. Finally did and love the quilt I purchased so much I'm planning to go back for sheets and a full bedding set for my son. It's very high quality, almost a buttery textured linen. On first wash, some of the lining of the quilt ripped in the washer. It took under ten minutes and a few texts to their support line to have a replacement order on the way, and I was left with the option to keep/donate the ripped item. I feel confident the rip was a fluke that won't repeat and I appreciated how easy they made it to have a replacement on the way promptly.

Quick resolution once agent was able to speak to me. Will wait for delivery as original order was lost in transit.

Bad customer service. No one available. The customer service is run by AI. Bots drive reviews. I am so disappointed. Spent over $200.00 and received fabric that seemed recycled. Return instructions said must return by the date generated on the return. It was the next day. I had 24 hours to return. Couldn’t do it. I will think twice before ever ordering from Quince again.
