I typically don’t give 5 stars because I don’t believe any business is perfect, but as far as customer service, I gotta give a 5+! I placed an order after hours, and felt there might be an issue with it. I sent a text message explaining the problem, and no sooner had I sent the message, then I received a response with options to help resolve my concern. Quite possibly AI, but regardless, it handled my situation better than a human or other answering AI’s . I didn’t go around in circles because it clearly understood my question! Hats off the Quince for making customer service support that accurately helped!
