Only ordered yesterday....there is a hidden repeat subscription which does not appear when adding items to basket. Within an hour I emailed to cancel the order as I refuse to be tied into this. No response. I have now emailed 3 times Today received a tracking number. I paid through PayPal and followed their instructions so hopefully this will be dealt with. I will be contacting my bank to ensure no further payments go out to this company also. Lesson learnt - buyer beware

Cloths good but watch out for hidden subscription
I think the cloths work well, however who on earth would knowingly want to order a repeat subscription every 3 months? How many cloths do you need? I hate being duped by companies who are out to trick you with some random small print. I didn’t see anywhere telling me I’d signed up for that on the order. No response yet from customer service on order #168896

Many of our customers choose the subscription because they use their Magicwipe cloths frequently and prefer to replace them every few months for hygiene reasons.

I ordered 6x XXL cloths. I got 2 Xxl and 4 tiny ones. Paid £47. What a rip off.

Amazing product
I was a little sceptical about buying these cloths but they are truly amazing and leave surfaces dry and streak free. Ideal on glass shower cubicle and the chrome fittings also bifold windows and gloss kitchen units. Happy to recommend.

Magic by name and nature
Magic wipe cloths turned out to be exactly what was advertised. Great for wiping down the shower, bath and sinks. No more using a scraper on the shower glass, much quicker and easier. Would recommend the cloths to anyone.

Absolutely love the magic wipe. Have only used on my shower glass. Don't need any detergents, scrapers etc. It cleans like a dream!

I ordered the manic cloths and tea…
I ordered the manic cloths and tea towels, which aren’t too bad. I also ordered the fluffy duster set which is really poor quality. On the day I received it 1st May I immediately emailed saying I wanted to return this item, it took days for them to reply saying they had a system error. I have had a couple of emails from Lisa but they are prolonging giving me any return details. I have said if they don’t respond immediately I will write a negative review so it’s not like I haven’t given them a chance. They seem to respond better on here, we’ll see. If not I will google their trading address and just send them back. It seems they are prolonging it so I will be out of the 30 day return period. Only order if you know you want to keep it.

Avoid, no cloths, no refund.
I ordered the Magic Wipes not realising that I was subscribing for cloths. I cancelled the subscription but I have received no cloths and no refund for the £30 plus I spent. I have mailed four times to date, no response. I will contact the credit card company to get the subscription cancelled but I am still owed cloths or a refund. Do not buy, I made a mistake in going with this firm. It is a shame Shopify sell for them.

I’m disappointed that once you have…
I’m disappointed that once you have purchased if you have an enquire they do not come back to you. My issue is why is the cloths washing out brown when rinsing. These are new ! Even though I have asked for advice no one has replied back. Whilst you have now replied I can say that this cloth was washed in the washing machine.

Before using the cloth for the first time, we kindly recommend washing it once in the washing machine. In some cases, excess dye residue from the manufacturing process can cause slight discoloration when rinsing initially, but this disappears after the first wash.

Responded to a buy one get one free advert on instagram. Received one cloth. Contacted their customer service team who advised that despite clicking on the offer I should have clicked on something else at checkout to activate the offer. Sharp practice I won’t be falling for again.
