Thieves they take unauthorised drawing from your credit card for a so called subscription but when asked to privide evidence they can noy do so. Refused to refund. They did send me an email advising of a new drawing from my card 3 months after purchase but I delete unsolicited email so did not open. Be careful dealing with them. Update they now claim I ticked a subscription box. But still can't supply me with any evidence I have now asked for the evidence 4 times. Again be careful a simple search will find they are on many sight as a SCAM.

In addition, a confirmation email is sent after purchase with information about the subscription, including instructions on how to manage or cancel it.

Absolutely RUBBISH SERVICE-SCAMMERS!
Absolutely RUBBISH SERVICE! I ordered in May, still not received my order (11th July 2026) sent NUMEROUS emails to ask for a refund and they will not do it. SCAM SCAM SCAM company-do NOT order from them! Wipes come from China apparently and they can probably be bought much cheaper off Temu or Shein! Customer service will reply here to me saying 'please get in touch so we can help' just to show potential buyers that they are nicey nicey. They are not. I would NOT recommend you to waste your money! The only Magic here is a disappearing act of your money! If there were zero stars I would rate them at that level!
13/07/26-as As I said 'customer service' will responded all caring, and they have-you can see their response to say 'if I am a genuine customer' then they will look into this issue. I have had numerous emails back and forth with Lisa Stocker at Magic Wipe. Is that even a real person? Note the English name used, probably to soothe irate customers. Wasting my damn time here and by email simply trying to get my money back. I can see that some people who have left reviews here have had a good experience, and I am glad for them but you can see other reviews having the same problem as me. I ordered in May, have STILL not received my order and yet they won't give me my money back? What is £23 to an allegedly reputable company? Do you honestly think I want to spend my time complaining? I really don't but I am not going to let someone get away with taking my money and not sending the goods I paid for and then not act responsibly by giving me a refund in a timely manner. My advice to anyone looking on here wondering whether they should buy from this company would be stay a million miles away because your hard-earned money is at risk!

Have STILL not received my order from May! I have written to them numerous times and 'Lisa Stocker' has replied a couple of times to say they cannot refund my money as another order has been sent. I've messaged them on Instagram as well-no reply. I have not received anything from them. Why can't they refund me? SHOCKING service do not buy from this company. Yet again I am sure there will be a response from them saying they cannot see an order from me blah blah blah trying to salvage their reputation in case someone checks out Trustpilot before they buy from here. Make your own mind up, but my experience (and a few others I see) have never received their order. Be warned!

The Magicwipe is brilliant but they con you
The actual Magicwipe is brilliant. My shower screen is crystal clear in about 2 minutes and its great on taps and mirrors
But they con you when ordering. They had a promotion of buy one get one free for £16 with free postage. When I went to confirm the payment I noticed a very small message saying that I was agreeing to be charged every 3 months so I immediately returned to the order page where I saw that a box had been ticked for a subscription. I unticked it and ticked a one off purchase. I immediately noticed the price had gone up from £16 to £19.99 but I thought that was still OK for 2 cloths. I was also charged for postage so it was now £22.98
When the parcel arrived there was only one Magicwipe. So I paid £23 for one when it was advertised as £16 for 2.
I emailed them but they just said that the offer didn't apply to my order. In other words it only applied if you agreed to have a subscription with them.
So beware of this before you buy.
When the product is so good I don't know why they have to con you.

First time using my Magicwipe cloth and…
First time using my Magicwipe cloth and I can already see why everyone raves about it! ✨
I used it on my shower screen, shower tray, taps and even gave the car a quick dry afterwards. Everything dried so quickly, left a lovely streak-free finish and looked sparkling clean.
Safe to say this won't be leaving my cleaning cupboard anytime soon! 💙

There is nothing magic about these…
There is nothing magic about these wipes.
At best they are a good cloth, because they are thick and seem to be quality, but the adverts imply you just need to wipe and the limescale is gone. NOT TRUE.
If you have clean glass, and wipe it after every shower with any cloth, then limescale will not build.
Much quicker and simpler to use a shower squeegee.
Reading other reviews I'm now worried we have been signed up for subscription as well!
Also negative reviews are deleted on Facebook, so a clear lack of honesty and openness there.

Don’t buy from MagicWipe…..
I feel I have been duped as MagicWipe tell me that I ticked the box to get a Subscription and purchase a new cloth every 3 months. That is not what I do. I have had almost $100 taken from my Credit Card for unauthorised transactions by MagicWipe. The product itself is good but their Customer Service is very lacking. Take my advice and don’t buy from them because you may not realise you have signed up for a subscription without knowing it. Judging by other reviews I am not the only one this has happened to.

Never trust this company! They use deceitful ways with the ordering process to sign you up to an ongoing order subscription. My wife Jane purchased a cleaning cloth and 3 months later money was taken from our credit card on 2 different occasions! After 5 emails they never returned one and just keep saying you signed up! We never signed for anything this is a scamming way to make money! Beware we have consumer affairs now dealing with this.

Great item
Was a bit slow with delivery but the cloths are very good. The shower doesn't "shine" like on the video but they certainly save me time and the one cloth does the whole shower

Order took a week and a half to arrive.
I paid £24.16 and then found I could get it on Amazon. Next day delivery, all for £4.99.
I haven’t used it yet. It better be good!!

I ordered some of the wipes I did not ask for a repeat every 3 months they just send them out I have emailed them with no reply on order no 173218
I would not advise anybody to order them
They are good but who would want more every 3 months

What am I doing wrong I wet the wipe and I wiped down my bathroom mirror and then I flip it over with the other side and it doesn’t dry. It still looks wet.????

For mirrors and other lightly dirty surfaces, please only dampen the cloth slightly before use. There is no need to soak it completely.
If the cloth is too wet, it can leave excess moisture on the surface, making it appear as though it isn't drying properly.
We recommend lightly dampening the cloth, wringing out any excess water, and then wiping the surface. This should give you the best streak-free result.
