Do not buy from this company unless you want to get stuck in an endless loop of customer service nightmare emails.They heavily advertise a "30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee" to make you feel safe buying their Luxe Color Changing Foundation. However, if you actually try to use the guarantee because the product doesn't blend or sit right on your face, they completely refuse to honor it.First, they claimed their guarantee doesn't apply to "BOGO bundles"—a hidden rule that is absolutely nowhere on their policy page. Then, they sent email after email refusing a return, telling me to "give it to a friend," and trying to bargain out of their contract by offering insulting, escalating partial refunds (starting at 20% and scraping up to 60%).I had to file a formal dispute with PayPal to get my money back. PayPal reviewed their deceptive practices and instantly forced a 100% full refund on my behalf. Save your time and your money—go with a brand that actually honors their legal terms.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Tried to deliver to my PO Box and couldn't after sending it back to warehouse in China 3 times. Worst delivery ever, never received any of the 3 packages. Do not buy from them

This is my second day wearing it, and I absolutely love it. The coverage is great, matched my skin perfectly. I normally only use Clinique, but now at 47, it started looking horrible in my fine lines and under my eyes.

Contacting them took even more time the product is poor quality according to other reviews I see the service is even worse I’ve requested a refund which has been denied only re-shipping is my only option!!???
Maybe by Christmas I’ll have it and be able to like other give it another one star review based in this being another pile of 💩 please people don’t bother and be also disappointed find something else this is just not worth the hassle and the ultimate let down
