Ashiel was wonderful. I was on holiday in Australia and moving from place to place frequently and managed to lose my retainers in the chaos. I had my ortho in England send over the STLs for my final retainer teeth scans and they were able to print me some new ones pronto and send them out, and accommodated several changes of address. Will be using them for reprints!

I’ve been using Jawology for my aligner treatment for the past 3-4 months, and it has been much easier than I expected.

I was unsure at first about doing aligners without regular clinic visits, but the process has been simple to follow. Everything from getting started, receiving my aligners, and understanding each stage was clearly explained.

The first few days took some getting used to, but after that they became part of my daily routine. I like that I can continue with my normal schedule while working towards improving my smile.

I’m currently on 14th set and already noticing progress. I’m excited to see the final results and would recommend Jawology to anyone considering aligners.

Mostly because Im on a very tight budget that doesnt allow for other more authodontic products.

Im extremely pleased with the outcome - its brilliant.

My teeth were very very crowded and crooked and getting worse.

I was looking for teeth alignment but was concerned about the big hit on the pocket, I am very lucky to find jawology. Initially I was little hesitant as the price is half of the other company aligners. However took the chance and ordered home kit to provide them with the impressions of my teeth as I only had to pay if I liked their plan, 3d video of how my process and final results. However, the HomeKit didn’t work well for me, so i sent them the photos before sending the clay with impressions. Doctor said they are not good enough, so I took the dental surgeon address and got the impression from the computer. I was happy with video but still not 100% sure if i would get the desired results. However, I am truly delighted with the experience as the aligners are made of good material, all the instructions were given by the happy dentistry in Melbourne. Now i am on set 15/18 and already got the straight teeth. Very happy to choose jawology. Only suggestion for anyone willing to go for the treatment is, use the dental surgeon to get the impression, as it is more convenient and better impressions.

They were prompt with communication, any help needed before and during the procedure.

Cannot recommend Jawology enough. I was so embarrassed to smile, but after 9 short months I’m full of confidence. I had traditional braces as a child, so was apprehensive going into Jawology, scared I would have the same pain and lacklustre results, but I couldn’t be happier.

Quick and detailed responses to all my questions were very satisfying. I received my package on time, and the results I achieved were exactly as shown in the 3D treatment plan. 💯% recommended — go for it without any hesitation.

I am very happy with the progress now I’ve finished the plan but do believe further treatment is needed. At first the communication via email was excellent however now I’ve finished I’ve had a few concerns and questions about pain and teeth I believe need to be moved further. My response for the teeth that still need moving was I needed to purchase another impression kit and send that back in however weeks later I’m still awaiting a reply in relation to pain and swelling. My original retainer did not fit and snapped in my mouth trying to put it in but a new one was sent out which fits so perhaps the first retainer was made incorrectly as no new impressions had been done. For the price I would recommend to others but hopefully the business has developed better customer service processes in future.

The process from ordering the impressions through to receiving the aligners was extremely easy. For someone that is busy with life an unable to get to dentists during the day Jawology make the process accessible and affordable.

Jawology made the process of straightening my teeth easy! From the very start Grace was very helpful answering all my questions and sorting out a test retainer to ensure my moulds were done correctly. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and feel more confident now I have straight teeth. Thank you Grace and the team at Jawology.

I was skeptical at first doing aligners online instead of going into an orthodontist in person but this was honestly the best decision made. First of all they are very easy to communicate with, when I email them about any inquiries I have they are quick to respond and everytime have responded with easy and understandable responses. I would definitely recommend jawology for those looking for a cheaper alternative to other aligners. The overall process was easy and quite fast acknowledging that they things have to be shipped and aligners do have to be carefully created to make sure they best suit you.

So far so good - I’m about 3/4 of the way through my treatment. Communication is good, and everything arrived very promptly. I did have to request a review of my treatment a few sets in as there was an unseen gap in between two teeth that were not originally there. I must say, it took quite a bit of going back and forth to convince the team to rework my treatment rather than tweak the results at the end(!) as suggested.

Good service, my suggestion is to just go over your treatment with a fine tooth comb x2 before approval the set.

After emailing back and forth, the team were very helpful and understanding! With the first treatment plan they sent through (a step by step view of how your teeth will shift +end result) there wasn't as much of a change as I expected, so we decided on an extended set of bottom aligners. Throughout the journey the team have been prompt with replies and very helpful, and I have seen a noticable change in my teeth! Would absolutely recommend, very good value for money!

I am so grateful to Jawology for making these aligners so accessible and affordable. The onboarding process was supported by excellent customer service that has been consistently prompt, helpful and encouraging. Most importantly the product delivers on all of its promises, my teeth are almost straight and I’m only half way in my treatment. I highly recommend this company.
