Most probably they want to collect user data, even sensible one and then sell it to the highest bidder. Very untrustworthy, very shady. Will never use it again, delete my account and never recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately service fail
Unfortunately, my experience with this company was disappointing. Every change comes with an additional charge, and the follow-up process is extremely slow. It took three follow-ups from my side and a considerable amount of time just to correct a single letter in a passenger’s name.
In addition, there were no proactive updates regarding flight changes, even though, as a third-party booking provider, this is something I expected them to communicate promptly.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and will avoid using this company again in the future.

SCAMMERS
SCAM! Do NOT deal with this company in any way. You will be worse off if you do. They take your money, cancel your plane tickets, and then refuse to refund you.
If I could give 0 or negative stars for Kiss and Fly, I would. I cannot believe this company has any positive reviews, and I would venture to say a lot of them are probably fake.
I bought a flight through Kiss and Fly A YEAR AGO that they cancelled (without informing me--I found out when I got to the airport) and they have NOT refunded a dime. I had to repurchase my flight when I arrived at the airport in order to get on my flight.
They finally agreed to refund me, but are refusing to refund via my original payment method, by check, or another secure method. They are instead demanding that I provide my bank account number OVER EMAIL in order to "wire" the funds to me. My card number was already stolen on their website (I found erroneous charges immediately after buying from Kiss and Fly), and this seems like another convenient way for them to easily steal money from you. Stay away from these folks!

Since the amount of the new ticket exceeds the value of the original booking, we requested your bank details solely to process the additional difference via bank transfer.
Please note that bank details are only requested when a refund cannot be completed entirely through the original payment method. Such information is handled securely and used strictly for refund processing purposes.
We have also informed you that, if you prefer, we can explore the possibility of refunding the original ticket value to the original payment method only. As almost one year has passed since the booking date, this option requires additional confirmation from our Finance Department.
All relevant information and explanations have already been provided to you via email, and we remain available to continue assisting you in resolving this matter.

Date changes
I was informed after I bought my tickets from Almaty to Taskent that my flight for 10/02 was rescheduled to 11/02 same hour, 10,45. My answer was negative, I’m not agree with this changes. I said that I have to be in Tasken at 10/02. Tickets was available for this flight in all moments. After all day discussion they sent an email in the night at 1 AM where they asked me to confirm in 1 hour a thing that we had talked all day. I saw that email only in the morning. We have returned in the morning to discussion, but when we have arrived at the airport our ticket was confirmed by the airline staff for 11/02 We have waited for the last minute to receive a good notice in the airport We were in touch all the time. But the good notice doesn’t arrived and the door was closed.
