They only provide you with a provisional price just so that later to tell you that they couldn't fulfill your order, also in the mean time the price of the tickets went up so they only waste your time. Most probably they want to collect user data, even sensible one and then sell it to the highest bidder. Very untrustworthy, very shady. Will never use it again, delete my account and never recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, the final confirmation of the fare depends on the airline, and in this case the airline did not confirm the original price. As a result, we were unable to issue the tickets as requested, and the amount paid was returned to you.
