Minderwertige Ware nicht vollstaändig und keine Lieferung der Restware
Ich habe vor ca. einem Monat Waren dieser Firma bestellt. Angekommen ist nach 14 Tagen eine völlig minderwertige Ware und die zweite Lieferung bis heute immer noch nicht. Als seriös würde ich diese Firma auf gar keinen Fall bezeichnen. Ich habe alles per Paypal bezahlt und jetzt muss ich um meine Zahlung fürchten weil Ware bekomme ich wahrscheinlich eh nicht mehr.

Hose andere Farbe als ich Bestellt habe. Statt Grau habe ich Kaki bekommen. Tanto wurde schon mal getragen und die Etikette am Kragen wurde wohl abgeschnitten.

Die Ware entspricht nicht der angegebenen Produktinformationen.
Qualität ist etwas anderes; die Bilder zeigen auch ein deutlich anderes Material. Anstelle von lockerer leichter Baumwolle bzw. Leinen erhält man Polyester aus China unter der man sofort schwitzt. Kann ich komplett von abraten.

Ergänzung: Erstaunlich, die Organisation hat mir sämtliche Kosten zurückerstattet. Ich musste die Ware nicht zurücksenden. Daher erachte ich den Kundenservice doch als gut funktionierend.

Am Ende waren sie sehr kulant. Die Hose hat mich qualitativ zwar enttäuscht, aber die Rückerstattung erfolgte schnell und ohne Probleme. Dafür gibt es ein Lob – am Ende ist alles gut ausgegangen.
