I recently had an introductory call with Mr. Ranjit to explore the complexities of Indian taxation and the remittance of funds to the UK. I was thoroughly impressed by his depth of knowledge and professionalism. What stood out most was his refreshing honesty and candor; he clearly outlined exactly where his expertise would add the most value and openly advised when I might be better served by a local accountant. He even went out of his way to offer his own network of accountant contacts to assist me. Mr. Ranjit has a highly evident command of cross-border financial jurisdictions, and I will definitely be engaging him for future financial advice. Highly recommended for anyone navigating UK-India financial matters.

Have had nothing but positive experience , customer service is amazing and extremely helpful and willing to help. I have had washers , o rings delivered in a day or two for no extra charge.

Terrible Experience at Waves Car Wash in Orpington, fraud operation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I recently visited Waves Car Wash in Orpington and asked for Platinum wash. After 2 hours of waiting ( as they were busy and needed enough time to do a decent job) they just did a Bronze-level service and hoped i wouldn't notice the blatant downgrade.

Upon pointing out the issues, Ali, the manager, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Not only did he refuse to address the problems promptly, but he also had the audacity to demand upfront payment for any further work. His aggressive attitude left me feeling cheated and mistreated.

In summary, Waves Car Wash is a den of fraud and theft. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. I certainly won’t be going back.

Have used them twice now, great competitive prices and reliable service.

Only suggestion would be to proactively share the taxi /driver details an hour or two before the journey

Had booked an automatic and requested 4*4 several weeks in advance....on reaching pick up site was told only manual booked and only those were available. Email confirmation doesn't state anything clearly so our word against theirs....3 stars as the staff at branch did eventually give us automatic cars after saying none available and tried to push us to take manual Gear box with hard sell tactics.

4*4 should be an option avl to book and should be guaranteed (charge extra if needed!)

Aggressive cold calling , came around twice with additional salespeople even though told not interested .. looks like need security from this company itself! cant read instructions that no cold callers entertained

ordered products were not delivered , then charged and then had to follow up to get refund. Customer service is not great, like the diet salated caramel, pity they cant keep the quality and stock consistent... need to shop around for alternatives am sure even after "discounts" i am paying too much.

The worst customer service i have ever encountered . They do everything to stall, deflect and to avoid providing a resolution.

Referred a friend and they ordered using the referral link, but i did not receive the referral credit. It has been over a month and the customer service has just provided generic responses . I have asked for complaints , escalation process as they don't have one on their website and the customer service refuses to open a formal complaint and escalate. They will do everything they can to avoid honouring their commitment. I will never refer anyone ever again.

Another issue i had was with some products i ordered and they tasted horrible, raised the issue and customer service wasn't helpful .

Totally useless company, surprised by the high rating, wondering how many of these are genuine.

I love the product, but pricing seems expensive, would buy it when on offer or sale only

waited whole day for a package to be collected and no one turned up. On equiring they said they came to a black door (when our door is white) and have no proof that they came. Camera proves no one showed up.

After one hour of holiding to get thru to an agent the agent took the details and just disconnected the call. I have had a death in the family and need to use my insurance bought thru opodo to cancel the flight. I would never recommend them or use them ever again

I have used laundryheap for sometime now . The service has improved considerably and support staff are always on hand to remedy any issues.

+ side was Quick, efficient, friendly service and advice.

Fees kept going up year on year and was only communicated when filing , hence changed accountants in 2023 as they are no longer comptetive for basic returns

Dealing with Greenwich branch, extremely poor service, no respect for customer or customers time.

Would never ever use them ever again.

have had issues with billing, took a long time to resolve , would prefer a online account where contract , payments and other info is easily visible. It's frustrating that we have to call for everything.

Ridiculous call out charges makes its extremely expensive.
