I’ve had a really good experience with TaxAssist. They helped me get my tax affairs completely up to date as well as dealing with everything needed following the sale of my property. The whole team were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. What could have been a very stressful and complicated process was made so much easier. I rarely recommend companies, especially accountancy firms!!!, however Irfan and Amir deserve the recognition for their error free, sound advice. They have been our accountants for over 10 years and I wouldn't change them. They are always responsive and continue to be competitive. Keep up the amazing work team!!

Tax Assist Hazlemere are local to my home so it is very easy to drop in and see them. I supply them with all the information they ask for and if they do have any questions then I can always go and see them with the answers. I can see and talk to the accountant who is preparing my tax return in my case Melissa who once the figures are prepared goes through them with me for conformation that I am happy to have them filed. I have used Tax Assist for the past few years and see no reason not to continue.

Taxassist accountants Ellesmere Port office file our accounts each year. Myself and my wife Denise have been dealing with Gary and all the staff there now for many years. We have just had our latest accounts filed by one of the very helpful staff there called John Murray. Over the past few months we have had to make many calls to John about the new Making tax digital system and he has been a pleasure to deal with. We have had to have him help with a few issues we have had and he has always been there on the other end of the phone or returning our emails very promptly so our issues were sorted out. Sometimes when you are dealing with companies email are not replied to, or calls not returned with John this is never the case. Now the accounts have been filed John you can have a break from us , that’s only though until the next making tax digital deadline. Once again John thanks for being there for us it is much appreciated

Not very happy, unfortunately I have to chase them up for everything, they are not very pro active

I came into the Tax Assist office with a big problem. I'd set up a business in summer 24 and the accounts were due and I didn't know what to do. Bukky took the time to understand my problem and got the accounts reviewed and signed off in under 3 weeks. She then went on and recovered owed tax returns which covered her entire fee and left me with money in the bank.

Cannot recommend them enough, they know what they are doing and will help.

I wanted a face-to-face with skilled and experienced professionals and that was achieved. My questions were answered honestly and the process was proactive and clear. I appreciated that an expert was happy to answer my basic questions and the responses were pitched at my level of understanding.

Taking my money but not responding to phone calls and emails ongoing from June to August! Now I have to sort digital tax asap
