After spending most of my day trying to speak with an agent. I was told by two agents my flight that I booked on October 26 was cancelled and the money was taken from my Visa card by Ryanair on October 30. I received no email and now I have to complete a form to get my money back. The agent says this will take about 6 weeks. Why was I not refunded when the reservation was cancelled. Also, why was the reservation cancelled? This was my first and last time booking with this airline.

I have changes my initial negative review. Miliboo reached out and resolved the issue. I received very good customer service and my sofa was delivered on Thursday. I absolutely love the sofa. Everyone who has seen it complimented on how good it looked. I have since recommended the company to two friends. I will order again from this company.
