Overall great experience, but delivery could be a bit faster.

No help from the service provider once you get in trouble. I´ve been trying to cancel electricity contract for the last 1.5 years after moving out from Germany and they have not manage to do that despite getting all the informaiton and documents. The service provide of electricity will just continue charging your account.. its easier to manage to contracts directly.

Great customer service. i´m leaving a second review already. To my previous review, Lichblick responded with apology and asked to write them directly via mail meine-erfahrungen@lichtblick. de, which does not function. It seems like to big scale scam.

It is impossible to cancel a contract with this company. I´ve moved away from Germany 2 years ago, but they still charge me for the services - and I am unable to cancel the contract for no reason. I have not see such a poor customer service anywhere. Very disapprointing and frustrating! Do I have to find a lawyer? There is even no customer service phone line.
