AVOID ON ALL COSTS
I already wrote one review regarding item, but now I gave item back (ORDER OL29296440) and have even worser exprience, cause item probably get lost since tracking not moving from 08.10. Nobody respond to emails, on phone they say just to wait. HORRIBLE.

Tracking information frequently stops updating during international transport between hubs, which can make it look like the parcel is stuck when it is actually still moving. Since our warehouse in Sweden receives and handles returns from all over Europe, the total transport and processing time can take up to 20 days from the day you hand over the parcel to the carrier.

China MADE
I ordered several products from Booztlet and was very disappointed. All items were made in China and the quality was far below what was shown on the website. Because of this, I decided to return the entire order.
However, I was told I must pay both the original delivery fee and the return fee. It is unreasonable to pay twice for items that do not meet basic quality standards.
Customer service also told me that “quality is a personal assessment,” which I find unacceptable.
