I reached out to Tnutz regarding a damaged item I received and requested a replacement. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, their response was to ask for a picture of the box along with the damaged item, saying they needed it to file a claim with UPS—no mention at all of a replacement or refund.

It felt like they were more concerned about their claim with UPS than actually helping their customer. I paid for the item, it arrived damaged, and instead of standing behind their product or offering a timely resolution, they pushed the burden onto me. Extremely poor customer service and zero accountability. Would not recommend based on this experience

I had a very bad experience with TLyard.com. They sent me a damaged item, and when I asked for a return, instead of taking responsibility, they told me to go buy glue remover and try to fix it myself. I had to email them multiple times just to ask for a return label. I reminded them that it’s not my job to fix a damaged product I purchased as new.

Even after all that, they continued to delay and ignore my messages. I finally told them I would file a dispute with my bank if they didn’t send the return label within 24 hours. Still, they just stopped responding altogether.

This company has terrible customer service, and their return process is a headache and a complete waste of time. Be careful if you’re thinking of buying from them — you’ll be on your own if something goes wrong.

SCAM ALERT , they charged me $298.02 for the shipment on 09/20/2022 and ship the item to the customer for my company then late on they send me the other bill for $2036.17 and refund the $298.02 (10/12/2022) . it's not right because they gave me the quote and i agreed and paid for it but after everything done , they changed the bill and charge for 10x quote . i will not pay for it and never work with them again . stay away from them
