Horrible company to deal with regarding product support and return or exchange policy. I bought a dashboard screen speedometer for my Tesla model 3 2018. I received a model 3 2019-23 item. The ad clearly states compatible with my car model but the harness size would not fit my car. I was told they don’t have the product for my car year model so if I would consider a replacement for a different.i replied, yes for a store credit so I could buy a replacement. The communication suddenly stop. It has been 3 days without a response. TERRIBLE!!!!

They took forever to ship, and it was clear that it came from China. When I actually got the item, nothing fit. I mean, absolutely nothing, so I send a message to customer service and they responded back with you need to take videos and such, so I’ve done that and I’ve sent them back and it’s still taking forever to get a response. I’m assuming they’re just trying to wait till the return period is over and send products that don’t actually work. Do not use them. They’re scam

I’d ordered five items from them totalling well over 1,000 CHF, tempted by their offer of discounts of up to 32 per cent. Below, I’ll describe my ordeal with them:
- I’d accidentally ordered an item I wasn’t interested in – and, to make matters worse, twice. They pulled a fast one on me and sent it anyway :(
- Then, they told me they couldn’t deliver one of the items to Switzerland and that I’d have to go and collect it in Germany, more than 500 km from where I live. But they’d reimburse my travel expenses… with 50 CHF!?!? Obviously, I insisted on cancelling the item from the order.
- Subsequently, I was finally delivered one item – a HUD display + shift stalk – which, however, has been malfunctioning for a month now; it often won’t switch on.
- After waiting for over a month, I received a request from the Swiss customs authorities to provide the value of the remaining goods they were holding for inspection. Tlyard’s customer support, who had assured me that the goods were delivered duty-free, simply sent me an invoice for a value well below the actual one, which was rejected by the authorities as a forged document. To avoid a criminal charge of fraud, I had to refuse the goods.
- They eventually came up with various excuses to avoid refunding the rejected goods, but it was only thanks to PayPal that I managed to get my money back.

I purchased back view mirror camera for my cybertruck from tlyard for $550.00 it worked for 4 months and then died, i have tried contacting tlyard and they stopped responding after 2 emails, these people are located in china with no US footprint , DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If your product goes bad you are out of luck. Their phone number is also a dummy number, no one answers because its just an eye wash. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I am out of $550.00

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ITS JULY 15TH AND IT WAS ORDERED ON JUNE 30TH IM NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THE DELIVERY DELAY OF TIME BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AS YOU CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH THIS COMPANY IM VERY DISAPPOINTED BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !

I had an outstanding experience with Tlyard and honestly cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased a set of cables for a screen and camera system for my Tesla, but unfortunately the company I originally bought the screen from completely stopped responding and provided zero warranty support. I was left with an unusable screen and no way to make it work.

I then spent a long time searching online for compatible cables, contacting more than 15 different Chinese sellers, but every single one refused to ship the cables because I had not purchased the screen from them.

That’s when I finally found Tlyard — and they were absolutely incredible.

They immediately took my situation seriously, responded quickly, and went out of their way to provide me with the complete set of cables I needed at a very fair price, including shipping. No unnecessary complications, no excuses, just genuine help.

Thanks to them, I can finally use the screen I originally bought, which would have otherwise been completely useless.

The service was impeccable: fast communication, professional attitude, and real willingness to solve the problem.

After such a frustrating experience with the original seller, Tlyard felt like a breath of fresh air. If I ever buy anything else for my Tesla, I will definitely go straight to them.

Truly excellent company — reliable, efficient, and customer-focused.

Like others, I have a bad experience with them.
1. Shipping takes forever! And they lie and tell you, it’s my countries costumes holding it. Bullshit. It was stock in china.
2. The instructions, even online, is very different. They have video installation on website, they send me one google doc with another way to install it, I looked their YouTube profile, it was a third method, and when received, it’s not ONE of the methods online.
3. Everything is written in Chinese, and labels are so small, not even my phone camera can see it to translate it.
4. I ordered ambient light kit for Tesla 3.
The guy on WhatsApp asked me, if I had door trims or not.. I say NO.
He send me the link.. On the link, I can also choose “car with NO door trim”

What do I receive? For car WITH door trim. I send him pictures and ask about help, no answer anymore.

Do your self a favor, find another place to shop your stuff. This is pure scam.

Ordered cyber buttons gen 3 for my model 3 2020 when i ordered them i said the intel harness would need to plug in the rear 26 pin harness at the rear by the back of the front seats,however they have sent out the wrong leads and have basically been giving me a runaround telling me it needs to plug in the front footwell.I have sent loads of pics etc and explained where it needs to go.

Bad customer service. Tells me part I ordered will be fine with latest update then tells me they are delaying shipment a month due to software issues. Bad part is they already sent it and said don’t worry about it you can update it. I asked to send instruct and they said that they will build an app to update it. Then I asked for a return and they want pictures and will do anything to deny an update. Bad business

Bought caliber covers. They do not fit correctly, no matter how tight we make them they come off. They will not take them back because it's over 30 days, even though we only tried one so they are brand new in original package. Stay away

Ordered last decade, arrived today. Made of cheap plastic. Save your cash. Rubbish.

Total garbage, i ordered a modified steering wheel for my model Y but it turned to be worse, fake carbon (stamped cheap plastic) i order it with a centered red line mark but it came croocked and was not even straight. After contacting them about it they accepted the mistake and offered to refund 30$ for a 350+ purchase IT'S A SCAM STAY AWAY!

I know that the reviews here are not in favour but I would like to share my expericene with them related to the issued I had with my rear screen for my tesla model Y. the screen was stuck the logo and it was not booting. Sent them an e-mail and a avideo of the issue and within 1 day got back an e-mail with two zip files for udpdates, isntructions were included (in chinesse but easy to follow) . Did all the things as they mentioned and i have solved this issue. now my schreen has Android 13 updates and works perfectly.

On 11/11 I ordered a retractable sunshade. $200 and a shipping notification on 11/25, creating tracking. It is 12/6 it still has not shipped, the phone number goes to voicemail of a cell phone and no one will return a call or refund. Steer Clear

Sent me nom functional tail lights and are dragging on "diagnosing them over 2 weeks ongoing

The Tlyard products I purchased felt cheaply made. The wheel covers also were made in such a way a long valve extension was necessary to access the tire valve (unless you wanted to pull the wheel cover off each time air was added) and it was still hard to remove the valve cap. I found the one year "warranty" to be totally useless.

The plastic tabs holding the wheel cover in place broke while removing the wheel cover. Tlyard 'customer service' was quick to state it was not their fault and offered multiple reasons not to honor their 12 month warranty, and then cavalierly stated I needed to purchase an entire set of 4 wheel covers when I only needed one (stated they don't break sets). Why spend more money with a company who. provided mediocre products and will not stand behind their product '12 month warranty', or even provide customer service to help the customer willing to buy the replacement part?
I'd avoid these people like the plague. There are other quality Tesla vendors out there who are willing to stand behind their products and offer reasonable customer service. Buyer beware!

I bought this 'Nag Eliminator' early June.
It didn't work! Over the next four months I jumped through smaller and smaller hoops set at higher and higher heights in order to get my money back, and even then I had to pay £11 to return it to China. This company has no business morals at all! It is fairly typical of the Chinese business model. Their final reply email, when I disputed the postage cost was -We tell you to confirm that that it will work on your car before you buy - How? Their website says that it will work on a Model S, how do I, or anyone else, check that their claims are true or not.
Beware this DOES NOT WORK on a Model S!
I would say that if their products work then they are good value, HOWEVER if they don't work then you are in for the long haul if you want your money (some of it) back.
Once again, I should have read the reviews here before I bought. Mea culpa!

This company is a scam do not order from them!

I bought air filters. The articles are ok, but you will not get a proper invoice from them (company address is missing, VAT is missing). For consumers maybe ok, but not recommended for businesses.

I bought some aftermarket seats from Tlyard for my 2019 Tesla model 3. They were supposed to be cooled seats with fans and had a whole wiring harness to install.. anyways after weeks of trying to get clarity from TL yard on which 12-pin connector they recommend to plug in the control module, they still refuse to answer even the most basic question. I’ll say something very clear like, the cooling function is not working, send them a video. Then they will reply and say, “oh the heating is not working.” …. It’s beyond absurd and frustrating. My recommendation is to go with a re-seller who’s got better customer support and will reply promptly to questions and inquiries. AVOID AT ALL COST!
