You make a quality product and I was excited you finally made an automatic as I have many many William Henry products.
You cigar cutter knife however does not cut well no matter how sharp the blade is. The cutting action at very front makes it too difficult you have to really really squeeze hard not the best design. Cc

It was not what I wanted I thought it was a functioning lock and key I texted you to not send it if it was not a working lock and you never responded so I returned it and told my credit card company to deny. Thanks
