Easy to get what I needed and find the pen and ink I was looking for.. If you are looking for critic I would say the ink options are bit limited compared to what you see online specially for Diamine inks or Robert Oster that I think for people who is starting in the fountain pen world are very good entry level inks for Diamine and Robert Oster due the popularity in some influencers. I'm more inclined to Diamine, love their options and also because in general their inks are very wet and help smooth the writing experience.

It was easy and straightforward to find what I wanted on the web site and to order it. The firm advised me of the progress of the order and it turned up when they said it would. Excellent - what more could one ask?

The package was delivered the day after I placed my order. My fountain pens were beautifully wrapped in small packages, and there was even a handwritten note included. Really great service — I will definitely order again!
