Everything was good

The website is easy to use. My order arrived promptly and was packed very nicely. Penworld stocked an item I had great difficulty sourcing.
There was a handwritten note of thanks with the order. A lovely touch from a Pen shop.
Finally, Penworld’s courier company had a very courteous driver. Will be using Penworld again.

Excellent experience (again!)

Order submitted after hours on Wednesday, package in my hand by mid-afternoon on Friday, so lightning fast delivery. Everything was well packaged and secure.
No issues at all with the contents of the order either - everything was as expected and the quality of the items surpassed all of my expectations.
This is my second order with Penstore and won't be my last.
