Found something here I couldn't find anywhere else. Arrived safely and in reasonable time. No problems.

Never again. Used to be reliable. Placed an order weeks ago and it keeps getting delayed. No gift for christmas. From now on it's always Amazon.

I have posted a review below and this a continuation, with one less star. 23 days have gone by since I ordered AND PAID and so far all I have is a tracking from the UK, even though I was told it was shipping from the US, with no progress since six days ago. Fingers crossed but not very optimistic. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift too...

My experience is not yet complete but here´s the story so far. I ordered from the Swedish website, which is where I live. Their mailing address is Norway, which convinced that they are somewhat local. Anyway, it´s been a few weeks, and they have taken my money but shipped me nothing. I mailed 3x but got no response. I just called their Swedish number and spoke to a person who is obviously not Swedish or Norwegian. She told me my order would be shipping from New Jersey, USA, which is ironic because I am from there! Anyway, she said she expects it to ship this week, from NJ to Sweden. Regarding the customs fees etc, she told me to contact them if I end up paying anything, and they will reimburse me. So, yeah...I´m a little uneasy about this. I will write an update when there is any progress.

Easy to use website and excellent customer service. I experienced a slight problem with one of the products and they handled it professionally and to my satisfaction. Also, they ship orders lightning fast. I have almost always received my orders at the most two days after placing them.

My order was "lost." After contacting V several times I finally got an answer and they resent the order. It took many more CS requests to get a tracking number. I got my order after about a month. Products were good. Will not buy from V again.
