Ordered 2 wetsuits but they didn't fit so I returned them. Its been 18 working days, 26 full days since apparently my refund was initiated and now I'm getting ghosted in my emails trying to track my money down. Terrible customer service ill definitely avoid in future. Good job I used a credit card and have my proof of return (which has been delivered). Avoid! Order 107031322

Thank you for looking into this for me, however I do not believe they have been responding. I have zero replies in my inbox or spam and also don't use Hotmail.

It's a shame it took a review to get some attention and get the problem sorted.

Still waiting on my order that I placed in December. No replies to emails either. AVOID

Not a company I’d go to for fast shipping. No problem with order and there is options for faster delivery but there are other companies out there that offer same day despatch if ordered before a certain time selling the same products. Lesson learnt for when I need something quicker.

Can’t even comment about the product as I requested next day delivery (which turns out to be next day dispatch receiving item in 5-7 days) and it got dispatched 4 days later and still haven’t received it. Got in touch with customer service who just ignored my requests and kept telling me it was on its way and not addressed the actual issue.

Delivery driver ignored the request via camera to place at door and threw it over the back gate instead breaking its contents.

Will never use again

My parcel got launched over the back gate even though was told over camera to place by door then actioned it has left in safe place (garage) so items were damaged however parcel 2 go so not protect ceramic. Don’t waste your time and use them go elsewhere!

Parcel2go have now reached out and have provided protection on this occasion. It is a shame it took a Trustpilot review to get to this but they are now looking into the situation.

I will applaud parcel2go in making things right.

Website isn’t always clear what item you are are ordering if there are multiple items and when asked no one ever got back to me. Generally though items received very quickly and no issues with them. Will use again.

Do not use this company!
Received mouldy and cracked goods. Been trying for 5 weeks to get a refund after one was promised and have just been fobbed off. Phone lines are down, instagram has been deleted, facebook messenger not working and no one responding to my emails. BEWARE!!

Ordered 4x4 inch photos for a frame and both times arrived 4x3.75 so were too small for frame. First time was told it was a rare occasion and they’d get a new set out to me, second time was told sizing is a guide. Got a refund and won’t be using again.

Driver turned up 1hr 40mins passed the 8-10 allotted window which was very inconvenient for work.
Hard to get a hold of anyone but when did manage to were helpful.
As promised, garage called before doing any extra work on the vehicle and were honest about what needed doing quite urgently and what could wait.

Excellent customer service, good products and love supporting a Small British company.
