DHL promise (sell) a service they have no intention of delivering. Once they have your money (under false pretences/promises) they couldn't care less - you are nothing but a nuisance to their lethargic incompetence. Don't expect them to put themselves out for you, don't expect courtesy, don't expect expertise in logistics - they will simply lie like a politician - blaming everyone else (as if you cared). Their reviews speak for themselves - don't use this company.

Philip was excellent. Part arrived in under 24 hours. Excellent.

Terrible company with even worse support (rude, useless, doesn't listen).

First they'll promise delivery times they've no intention of delivering!

Then if you've the audacity to buy elsewhere (because you NEED the tyres), you'll wait months for a refund (they are running their business on your capital).

Exactly the same experience as many others. Cancelling is nigh impossible without calling them (an illegal practice now). Don't subscribe unless you want to lose several more instalment fees before they actually stop charging you.

Very bad experience dealing with mega-officious wardens. Despite having spent over £6,000 with them in the last 2/3 years, the club wouldn't deal with wardens better suited to parking enforcement (making people's lives miserable).

Despite having stayed at the Abbey Wood site many times, I was apparently a meter too far to the left this time! It wouldn't of mattered where I'd setup; this warden is only happy when bullying campers

Today, Sunday 22nd December, my son witnessed a Nero employee pour a jug of cold water over a homeless women in the Charing Cross branch (around 3:30).

Shocked customers, including my son, couldn't believe the attitude of the employee and should have called the police (common assault).

Please help bring this incident to the attention of all. Being homeless at this time of year is bad enough without being thrown onto the street drenched in cold water.
