Review of outdoortoys
Was delivered with one small piece of wood missing. I was still able to build it regardless. I contacted via phone yesterday (20/07/2026) and spoke to Shaun.
The missing piece has just been delivered 24 hours after my phone call. Can't complain at that!
The swing and chute was easy to put together and already in use. A worthwhile purchase 👍🏻
Review of Booking.com
Woke up this morning to find that someone has hacked into both my paypal and booking.com accounts and booked two hotels at great expense.
Found myself in a panic as they had changed the email on my paypal account and paypal would appear t be a nightmare to speak to.
I called booking.com and the man put me on hold whilst he contacted the hotel. I know have email confirmations stating that the bookings are cancelled and a full refund will be received. I was also eventually able to sort out my paypal situation.
The chap on the phone was extremely patient and reassuring with me as I was really quite stressed and he had issues uderstanding my Scottish accent.
I felt it was worthy of some positive feedback as I expected the whole process to be nightmare however the guy on the phone was excellent.
I have now obviously changed my passwords to prevent it happening again on his advice
Review of Kartel Watches
Have purchased from Kartel twice now.
I originally bought a pair of sunglasses then followed that up with an order of 3 watches with personalised inscriptions. I had made a wee mistake with the inscriptions and recieved a phonecall to clarify and confirm.
All items seem of a very good quality and with next working day delivery on orders before 2pm there's no grounds for any complaint.
Review of OTTY Sleep
Had my OTTY for a couple of weeks now. Was a bit unsure on the whole memory foam concept as i'd tried it before and wasn't impressed. I was swayed by the fact it also has springs and my better half stating that she was struggling to sleep on the old mattress.
It's honestly been great! Really comfortable in any position. I would recommend it. After all, there are very few things more important than getting a good nights sleep.
