The website was very easy to use, and the measurements were accurate. What I received looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Before purchasing, I had a few questions about compatibility, and the AI email replies were incredibly fast and helpful. It was great not having to wait for answers. I placed my order the same day and received it within a week.
I ordered a large climbing frame with swings, and monkey bars separately. Everything arrived together on a single crate, wrapped as one parcel. The package was far too big to fit through a doorway, so the delivery driver left it on my driveway. I had to open the crate, separate the parts, and carry them through to my garden individually.
I arranged my own builder to assemble the climbing frame. He mentioned that the instructions didn't match the way the parts were labelled, so he had to measure each piece to identify it. He also expected the holes to be pre-drilled, but they weren't, which made the assembly more time-consuming than expected.
That said, I am very happy with my purchase. The climbing frame is strong, sturdy, and very good quality. I'm confident it will provide years of enjoyment for my children.

10/10 for price , 10/10 for delivery, 11/10 for customer service and resolution to a fault that was beyond their control,

I purchased the Rebo Outdoor slide and swing set. The wooden frame had some cracks in the wood that is expected in natural wood. However during the recent heat wave the cracks deepened and extended along two post. I contacted Outdoor Toys by email and sent a video of the problem. I called and spoke to Chole who was a breath of fresh air in today’s somewhat unsupportive customer service industry! Chole, listened, immediately looked at the video, confirmed one post was cracked beyond their usual expectation, the second was not but as a good will gesture immediately ordered me two replacement posts. Chole’s professional manner and genuine interest in their customer is a credit to Chole and Outdoor Toys. I really wish other companies would follow their lead and learn the old cliche The Customer comes first! Excellent company, great products, great customer service.

Delighted with the end product , actually really enjoyed building the product.

Was delivered with one small piece of wood missing. I was still able to build it regardless. I contacted via phone yesterday (20/07/2026) and spoke to Shaun.

The missing piece has just been delivered 24 hours after my phone call. Can't complain at that!

The swing and chute was easy to put together and already in use. A worthwhile purchase 👍🏻

Ordered swing set for my boy 2 weeks ago, first delivery missed all the components & fixings only the wood arrived. Still waiting for remainder of bits
Wood that did arrive is all split so will likely return the lot
Boy will be sad on his birthday with no presents

I presented all the information with pictures of what was missing from the order to the courier the day of delivery 18th. So if the courier or outdoor toys had any customer care or valued customers they would have already addressed the issue

Arrived on time in good condition. Great value for money. My grandchildren will love it.

We bought the Rebo Modular Wooden Climbing Frame (M3 with ramp and double swing) for our daughter and couldn’t be happier. The build quality is excellent, the timber feels sturdy and well made, and it’s clearly built to last.

Delivery was a great experience too. We got clear, regular updates on the shipping progress, and the courier got in touch to arrange a suitable delivery window, which made the whole thing really convenient.

Assembly took around 8 hours in total. There’s a fair bit of pre-drilling required since the wood doesn’t come pre-drilled, so budget some time and make sure you’ve got a decent drill on hand. That said, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process much smoother than I expected.

Since it went up, our daughter hasn’t stopped playing on it, honestly, I wish we’d bought it sooner! It arrived just in time for the summer holidays and has already become the centrepiece of the garden.

If you’re on the fence about it, just go for it. Yes, the assembly takes some effort, but the end result is a fantastic, high-quality climbing frame that’s given us hours of entertainment already.

Great product well made and clear instructions, took about 3 hours to put up. had a issue with one of the swing struts ( a knot had made the wood split ) It was replace easily with no fuss, very pleased and so are the grandchildren.

AVOID THEM!! I would give them a zero if the option was available.
Double wooden swing set was purchased in April 2027.
BTW they provide to Smyths Toys Argos, BQ all of them. Same faulty and poor service products
Did not deliver until June 2027 after several complaints, calls and emails. Mis management of Delivery and some products missing.
Early July delivered again and all, and I mean entirely all of the wood was cracked and split. From the main top pole, side poles. Every wood was severely damaged.
Huge risk to children and so un safe.
They tried to fend this off by saying it was all natural and part of the wood.
After several arguments they agreed to collect it all and refund.
Then no one turns up when collection date was agreed.
No response or communication and still waiting on them.
Complete frauds and to be hugely avoided whichever place you purchase from.

Excellent from order to delivery to build!

The order was dumped at our front door and came with various pieces missing.

Super impressed with this company! I’ve placed a couple orders with them (a play frame and an above ground pool) delivery was within a few days of ordering. Their customer service is outstanding, they are very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend outdoor toys 🙂

It was quick and easy to order a swing for my granddaughter. She was thrilled with it! The cost was great value. There was a problem & the first delivery date was unsuccessful. Customer services were brilliant & were able to sort out another day with ease. Thank you so much!!

This is the second product we have purchased from Outdoor Toys. Our first purchase was a combined swing and slide set. The unit became very unstable. At the time of purchase, we were advised that if we ever wanted to separate the swing and slide into two individual units, we would be able to buy the additional parts required.

However, when we later contacted Outdoor Toys to enquire about purchasing these parts, we were informed that separating the unit was not possible after all. As a result, we had no choice but to purchase a separate swing set.

I bought a swing set and the swing fabric deteriated very quick I complained to be told the swing should be stored inside when not in use. So please be aware that a swing cant be left outside and then they tried to sell me a bit of fabric for £50. Never again will I buy of these and would recommend others not to aswell.
