Hybrid too firm for us but a good refund process
Ordered the hybrid original mattress based on a great review in the guardian. The sales process and delivery worked well. Unfortunately the mattress is too firm for us (both side sleepers, both weighing 64-67kg) and after 10 days of trialling have decided to return it as sadly our back/hip/shoulder pain has not improved with this mattress. Otty offered us to keep the mattress and take a 45% refund but it is not comfortable for us at all. The return and collection process worked well although you have to allow 14 days (!) after the mattress is returned for the refund to be processed but the refund is credited quickly once they do it.

Excellent service
I wanted to make a note about the excellent service I received from Otty. In addition to their beds being highly rated, I'm pleased to say their service is on the same level. I had to cancel my order, due to a change of circumstances, and the team at Otty could not have been more helpful. A human response, cancelling the order and organising a refund promptly. Very much apprecaited in this era of chatbots and bureaucratic hassle.

The best.
It took longer than expected to arrive and there was no communication telling us why. I had to call to find out why there was a delay. However, customer service were very polite and apologetic. Delivery drivers were so good. I mean, they were friendly, polite and extremely helpful.
Then we come to the mattress. The mattress is actually 6 stars. I know the previous mattress wasn't the best but this Otty one is superb. Everything about it just oozes quality and the comfort is sublime. I've not slept so well in years and I have a dodgy back. I can't recommend this mattress enough. Best purchase I've made in a long time.

Mattress is just fantastic, my back feels very good after sleeping on it and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new one.
Customer service is just another level, I had a tiny problem with ordering wrong size, email them sunday, everything got sorted I believe same day.

Dream Sleep
WOW! Experiencing is believing, this mattress is truly AMAZING, soooooo super firm & comfortable. We waited 48hrs to sleep on it, not the full 72 as it arrived during the heatwave so it expanded no problem. Took a couple of nights to get used to it & now we couldn’t live without it. Paying 0% instalments for a year really helped in making the purchase. Excellent service & delivery, highly recommended *****

Lovely mattress
Easy to order, delivery team were great and super helpful. Instructions for what to do to unbox were really clear and helpful although not sure about the grey cover… my son had a first great night on his new mattress. Hoping for many more!

Unexpectedly had to buy a new kingsize…
Unexpectedly had to buy a new kingsize matress and went with the review thatt had recently appeared in the Guardian which gave the Otty 5 stars. Otty were very helpful when I phoned them re the box dimensions and delivery. I have had two previous memory foam matresses and the Otty is far superior. We are delighted. I would recommend reading the Guardian review which mirrors ours.

The mattress is ok but not the wauouty…
The mattress is ok but not the wauouty expected for the price. I probably could have got a better one for less. I think the pillows are fantastic and have helped alleviate shoulder and neck pain but the mattress itself is meant to be good for sid sleepers but I'm finding it hurts my hips
