I was sent a review request by yourselves when I have not received my rug as yet. When I ordered it stated 10/14 day delivery. The following day you emailed me to say because of covid it would be 4/6 weeks. I’m still waiting & you took my money on the day I ordered !
Surly you knew you were behind on deliveries so why put 10 day delivery in your website. Blaming covid now when we’re 18 months into it is not a relevant excuse.
I’m now 4 weeks into my wait.
