The item did actually arrive, but the delivery driver was rude, banging the door hard with a mobile phone, before noticing the door knocker. On opening the upstairs window he demanded in no uncertain terms that I "run downstairs now" to open the door so he can take a photograph. He can only deliver with an open door ! What about security !! I demand that DPD makes it clear that it is not absolutely necessary to have a photo of an open door, if instructed to do otherwise. [I even have a permanent notice to leave parcels], and nobody else has a problem. But I need to choose who I allow at an open door especially if they look angry and fishy !!

The video showing me what I could do to repair vaccum cleaner.. I then ordered the part, it was here the next day and the operation was complete within 24 hours...cheaply. Thank you so very much. [Without the video it would not have worked]

I have to replace a broken bottle in a bird feeder, it has a specific diameter. I asked for help from Ampulla, and they found a suggestion with dia 14.2 mm . But when it arrived I saw that it has shoulders 14.4, and that was enough not to allow it to fit. [First lesson , stated dimentions were wrong, and photo did show the shoulders] , secondly they have suggested a refund, but nothing has happened to date.

I would prefer a bottle that fits, and they were helpful, but something not quite right there. Dont take everything at face value.

Despite the very restricted conditions this year, I was able to find some really good quality presents here, which turned up promptly and were exactly as described. A really excellent service; and my wife loves her new socks. You might think that socks are not a very clever idea for Christmas, but these ones were.

Delivery OK, perhaps a slight polish on politeness might be in order; ie care in where to take the photo of the box, and not bashing the front door with a mobile phone thus damaging the paintwork [which does have a knocker and a door bell].

I ordered it, it arrived fast [in a lockdown] and it works extremely well. I have had a succession of plastic models of Roberts Radio's and in time they have all become quite idiosyncratic... and fuzzy sounding. This new radio sounds good and is robust enough to last as long as my first [in 1960, which lasted for 30 years] so long as the software or something modern does not get in the way of the technology.

Quick, simple and goods perfectly as described. You cant do better than that.

I needed to capture a mouse, seen in a CCTV on a hedgehog feeding station.. it was not a rat, so would be better relocated.
So having seen a small mammal trap on you tube... found it here, ordered it. It turned up they day after.
4 days later I have relocated 4 wood mice into the woods... we are all delighted.

I took a while to consider what I wanted to do with the camera system, the web site was very useful for this. I now realise that it would have been as easy to speak to a real polite person... who really does exist in Bristol!
Anyway, I ordered it, it was here in sort time, I plugged it in, and it worked, and that is oh so rare !
I did need to phone the shop up, and got a quick and simple .. and polite reply quickly.
