Ordered sleepers - great price compared to others with fast delivery

Ordered 2 pans then ordered the 13 piece set and threw out our old pans as we were so pleased with them. The one thing they could improve is the warranty registration - it asks for the "7 digit order number" but does not tell you it may be 6 digits not 7 so confusion there, it also asks for the serial numbers but non that I received had this and only found out when I contacted them and asked - they did reply almost immediately so great response time!

Wood was fine but asked not to have a very large lorry as we live up a farm track and very large lorry can which was unable to turn and had to back almost 1/2 mile down the farm track

Great customer service and product (Alulock Balustrade) apart from the post tops which did not really fit well and could be attached in a better way, we were going to replaced these with rubber ones and solar light ones bought elsewhere but the company are making us new ones. Instructions online were poor with an animated video that gives no details on what to use to bolt it down (I used 10mm bolt through the decking) and does not properly show how to insert the rubbers down the side - a youtube video would be much better

Another moan about the Rattan garden furniture and service, as others have experienced the screw holes do not line up properly- managed to put all the chairs together after a struggle and some holes had to be drilled out to get them to align- even worse is the service - the table was returned by the driver as (he said) the glass was broken, no problem with that but NO communication telling us WIHIH, no reply to my emails and not answering the phone - have they gone bust??

Another DO NOT USE from us, on top of the charges they also charge a fee per car for their entry to the airport, this should only be there to cover their entry so should be split between all in their vehicle but they charge per car, dodgy location and a muddy car park, very much a fly by night operation. Like others we had problems getting in touch on our return and the pick up location was too vague. Will NOT be using these guys again!.

Flight with Jet2 was fine apart from the fact that as we did not have hold bags we went straight to the gate, going out I thought we had filled in the locator form for Spain but it turned out this was a different one not the Covid one and this did not get picked up until actually boarding, the staff were very good in helping get this filled in but they should be checking this before boarding starts. On the return we had a similar experience, we had done the form but had no physical boarding pass so got delayed boarding whilst they checked the covid locator.

Prices are good but does not always show P&P so final price can be more than expected. Also you do not actually purchase the items on the site but end up with a voucher which is a pain

I have used Home bargain Flowers a number of times, good value and always had excellent flowers in good condition.

These have to be the best value flowers around, consistently good quality, I have used them a number of times now.

A little slower than some providers that offer next day delivery but they do tell you at the time it can be up to 10 working days, looks a good phone and the price was good

The wines are always good, only had one bad bottle, that was off and was replaced immediately, the wine bank makes for excellent value, buying outside the wine bank prices are fairly normal though there are frequent offers - and try and make one of the wine tastings, a great day and gives chance to taste LOADS!

Price was good, ordering easy and delivery on time - everything as it should be

Initially we did this as a bit of an experiment before putting the house on with a normal High Street agent. It took slightly longer to get our ad on line than it should have, but it went online Thursday and by Monday we had had 8 viewings and 3 offers, one for more than the asking price - I would certainly go down this route again to sell!

good rates on here, but why the ubiquitous CC charge - no opportunity I could see to pay on say debit card with no extra, if there is an unavoidable extra, include it in the main price - this drives me MAD!

We were bought a fountain as a moving in present, on connecting it up the fountain leaked internally - phoned up and told to return it - this was done at OUR expense (told we would get this back if a fault with the product - we are STILL out of pocket for this:-( ).Then sent back to us STILL leaking, we were told they had tested it and found no leak, think they must have tested it by just filling it and not running it which we had told them was when it leaked. Sent a replacement fountain which leaked worse than the first! At this point we were told it was the last in stock, money was at least refunded, but we have no fountain and are still out of pocket for returning it.
