Return Issues
Impossible trying to get an item returns. waiting 2.5 months for a low cost part to be approved for return. part is still in original box and unopened. They were quick to sell it to me but slow to take returns of it. would not recommend

Company had exactly the item needed to handle my issue. Super fast shipping with the item arriving the next day t day after ordering! The product was exactly as described, well made with quality materials. Definitely would use them again to satisfy my plumbing needs.

As I have not received items yet I can comment on following. Communication and order status very good. Ordered on a Friday night and shipped Monday. Price was good on items but since of their size I ended up paying the shipping which they state most shipping over $99.00 free BUT I understand the pieces are larger So waiting for arrival and will follow up. And last, I verified to make sure they were a legit company before ordering and their ratings were very good!

I had no issues with the the way they performed for me. I ordered four furnaces. They came in great except one had not and it was damaged, but they followed up right away. I had no problems no issues and I expect to do further business with them.

Fast, Fair price
To be clear, everyone wants the review before you really get sorted.
They get five stars for delivering the product fast. Price was good, even when paying extra for the shipping (assuming the product is good).
