1 Star – Account closed and funds withheld without clear explanation
I had an account with 12BET under the username varojj29.
My account was closed and my balance was withheld. 12BET claimed the reason was a “duplicate IP address”, but they did not provide clear evidence or a proper investigation.
My deposited amount was approximately 20,000 THB and my remaining balance was approximately 83,000 THB.
I request 12BET to provide transparent evidence, review my case fairly, and return any legitimate funds that belong to me.
I hope Trustpilot users are aware of this experience.

Never ever deposit in this site…. Tooo worst customer support…..they will drag many days to resolve an issue….i tried depositing money unfortunatley my payment got struck and after two days it got updated….then i have reached out to customer support for depositing money with the transaction proof….intially they have asked for bank statement and they sai within some time you will deposit will get approved… next day i have opened the site still balance was not updated… again i have reached out to them and requested for money…. Again they asled for updated bank statment… i have given all the details in crystal clear….after some time they told we have not received this payment… i have sent them chat eith phone pe also… phone pe clearlu told the amount has been deposited to receivers bank still they are denying my payment….. i request each and everyone whoever playing in this site …. DO NOT TRUST 12BET! They are absolute scammers who manipulate their backend servers to steal player winnings once you hit a jackpot. I am an active player, and on June 5, 2026, my balance reached BDT 101,530 after a massive clean win on Monopoly Big Baller.

This is a generic, automated copy-paste response designed to mask financial fraud. You have NOT resolved anything. My player username is toaha007. On June 5, 2026, my BDT 112,600 gaming turnover on Monopoly Big Baller was fully APPROVED and SETTLED by your own system. It was only AFTER I secured a legitimate live balance of BDT 101,530 that your team manually manipulated the backend ledger with a fabricated, retroactive timestamp to confiscate my winnings and block access. My active, verified Bkash wallet and Gmail are directly tied to my identity. A formal dispute regarding this structural database tampering has already been officially lodged with the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) compliance team (complaints (at)cga.cw). Stop hiding behind generic scripts and release my legitimate funds!"

To avoid paying out, 12BET manually zeroed out my active balance to BDT 600 in the morning and injected a fraudulent, backdated rejection timestamp in the system claiming my profile was restricted at 21:44:41 due to a KYC ID typo.

However, they are caught red-handed by their own unedited internal Financial Logs:
1. Valid Bet Turnover: Their billing server permanently logged a turnover of BDT 112,600 verified as "Valid Bet" and marked as "Settled" with a net positive Winlost amount of BDT 93,530.
2. System Integrity Contradiction: If my account was restricted at 21:44, how did their server legally process a BDT 1,050 bet and credit a BDT 66,400 jackpot at 23:14:23 (1.5 hours later)? Furthermore, Live Support (Agent Richa) confirmed past midnight that verification was safely ongoing.

This is a textbook "Winnings Confiscation Trap." They accept your deposits, validate your wagers, but once you win big, they manually manipulate system data to forge timestamps and steal your money. I have already filed an official forensic complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority complaints(at) cga cw with ironclad financial server proofs. Avoid 12BET at all costs if you value your funds!

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. I initiated a chargeback through my bank, but it was rejected by the beneficiary account. When I followed up through chat support, they kept insisting that they had not received the money in their bank account. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. This involves a significant amount of ₹50,000, and I strongly advise others not to trust this platform.

My 50,000 INR deposit was succesful on my side but 12bet are not crediting the funds and their customer support team are useless in solving anything. Don't use them if you want a peaceful gaming experience. They are just scammers.

Dont even dare to put money in this website they simply says we don't receive money go and ask in bank for chargeback, after successful transaction they will say all these , they are absolute froud s don't even dare to deposit your money, for every two transactions they will hold one transaction money

My 2 deposits are missing, when queried with the support team was asked to raise chargeback. However the merchant banks are rejecting my chargeback requests as well. They are neither crediting my deposits nor refunding my amount. Have raised 100's of complaints but the same cycle repeats.

I have already warned all my friends and contacts not to use this site, and I strongly recommend others do the same. This platform should be reported to prevent more people from losing their hard-earned money.
