I purchased a Zoot IRONMAN trisuit in 2025. After only five or six uses, the fabric beside the chamois pad developed holes. This falls well below the durability I expect from specialist triathlon clothing.

On 12 September 2026, I contacted Zoot, provided photographs and asked whether the suit could be assessed and repaired. I openly explained that I had not kept the original receipt and explicitly offered to pay for the repair myself. My request was straightforward: help me make the suit usable again.

As of 30 October, almost seven weeks later, I have received no response despite repeated emails to Zoot. No advice, no explanation and no indication of whether a repair is possible.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I had continued to trust the brand. In August 2026, I purchased another, higher-end Zoot trisuit for €499. I included the receipt for that separate purchase with my enquiry.

A product issue deserves a response and clear information about possible solutions. Leaving a customer without an answer for almost seven weeks even when they have offered to cover the repair costs is, in my view, unacceptable customer service.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Zoot. The durability of my first suit and the complete lack of response from customer support have seriously undermined my confidence in the brand.

It’s not particularly the company. But a company that says that makes sport wear for competition, having a running shorts that runs up was disappointing. Especially because is not cheap.

Great product - finally able to proper road-test it (pun intended) and it was amazing.

Product is good but size didn’t match even after carefully following size guidelines and ordering slightly larger - still too small.

Returns requires filling in a form, submitting it and after that - no clear info what to do? No response on the next steps. Should I send it myself or should company arrange pick up? How much will it cost.

Therefore I wouldn’t advise buying unless you are absolutely sure about the size (try it elsewhere) as return option doesn’t exist (or is too complex).

I'm never sure about ordering on line without seeing the product first but my gamble was paid off when I received 2 great pairs of shorts with fabulous designs.

The fit is great and the length just right - talking of which do you know what an inseam measurement is, I didn't...
Essentially it's the length of the inside leg length.

This translates to:
7" inseam = decent
5" inseam = fair
2" inseam = 1970's footballers short shorts 😂

The shorts are great with a good choice of designs, nice features, and a fit that matches the sizing.

I also have some older Zoot running shirts bought in-store which gave me the confidence to order more great kit from Zoot.

The colour and style is great. Problem is getting into it and the sizing. I usually were clothing between a small and medium and I had to get a large. The upper body section also has no stretch and getting it over my hips is incredibly difficult. Not quite happy about how difficult it is to get on, how tight it fits which makes it difficult to adjust to be in a comfortable position in it.

Easy purchase and great quality Tri shorts which were super comfortable for a 70.3.

Response received from a customer care agent with a sarcastic remark relating to a non response to an email when I queried a refund. Completely unacceptable and not necessary!

The first delivery was really good and with a company that offers flexible delivery locations (dhl). Second delivery was with DOD and that company doe not have a lot of flexibility an not handy delivery locations

My original order was returned by my local mail carrier through no fault of the company and they were quick to process a refund. Responses to my query email were quick, helpful and friendly. I reordered and the product has now arrived and it is absolutely excellent quality.
