This is a scam! their website crashed when I was making the payment, and I attempted it again, but apparently both went through. That meant I have two items that are the same, and cost 350EUR each delivered to my house and charged.

I complained and have written several emails with just one answer saying I have to pay for the very expensive return. My messages have been ignored for several weeks. A month later I am still 350EUR down.

Purchased snowboarding clothing from sports-fit website, found the items I was looking for cheaper on sport- fit then manufacturer’s website. Saved over €50 on 3 items. Shipping was with DHL and tracking available. Standard price of European shipping. Arrived on time and very well packaged. 

I will definitely be checking in with sports fit for future purchases.

Order, payment and delivery time was excellent, as well as the product itself. Only the Hungarian delivery service sucks, they did not even ring the bell just threw the package into the garden. Fortunately I noticed this before my dog.

I ordered a pair of ski pants at a great discounted price, but due to a mistake on their end, I received the wrong size. I contacted them by email and was asked to return the ski pants. When I asked if they could simply send me the correct size, I was told that I would have to place a new order. By that point, the ski pants were no longer on sale, meaning I would have to pay the full price. Very poor customer service, especially considering that the mistake was entirely their fault.

The website is a legitimate business and did respect the delivery time. However they have not returned me all the money after I have returned all the items. They are sending me fake proof that they are investigating but in the meantime they do not want to return me my money. It's been 2 months now. I guess I will have to address myself to the authorities.

Thank you for your public response. However, the video you provided proves absolutely nothing.

First, neither the shipping label nor the tracking number is identifiable in the recording, making it impossible to verify whether that box is actually mine. Second, the package in the video was already opened before the item count began. Video footage of an already opened box without any visible tracking identifier is completely useless as evidence.

I shop online regularly with reputable retailers like Zalando and others, and I have never experienced anything like this. If items go missing in your warehouse or during transit, that burden cannot be passed onto your customers.

Under EU consumer law (§ 355 Abs. 3 BGB), the risk of loss or damage during return transit legally rests with the merchant. I handed over all items properly using your return label, as confirmed by my courier drop-off receipt. That completes my legal obligation as a consumer.

I am currently waiting for the official mediation agency to complete its investigation. If the outcome remains unresolved, I will take this matter to court without hesitation.

Swiss people watch out. They charged me with the swiss VAT, but unfortunately they did not pass that to DHL. So I got charged twice, by sportfits and DHL. They acknowledge the mistake. After almost a month, sportfits have not yet managed to refund me 9.82 CHF.

SportFits did a great job, good assortment and prices. Good communication and and easy to shop with.
They use DHL, but even though DHL exist in Sweden, they hand of to our local, state owned courier, PostNord. Am they suck big time!
PostNord claim they could deliver, they claimed street door was locked and they could not get hold of me. THAT IS JUST LIES. PostNord have their own codes to get in, they sent me messages that they where on their way, but never that they where at my doot and couldn't get in. NEVER USE POSTNORD!

I have ordered mountaineering boots with a great price here. Same model I had before. The delivery was fast and the best thing I love it came to a pickup office, so no couriers and no waiting at home for them to come.

Everything was ok, besides that shipment has not arrived yet but is is DHL part and post HR but from your side all services were very good !

Not sure it is a 5 star as I have not used the their support but they deliver in 2 days from Germany to Netherlands exactly what I ordered, Easy website and no hassle process throughout.

I recently purchased a pair of Hestra Gore-Tex ski gloves (order number SF1528008). The description on the website was accurate and the order process was very smooth. I received my order in a few days and there were no issues.
