No refund, been waiting for 3 weeks already
Hi, I've been waiting for my refund and this is the third week now of waiting. And no one at all seems to want to answer me anymore, not even here on trustpilot.
This is order TWZYLGSSE / 1639393. You sent me wrong item and also said my actual order got lost in transition, I sent the wrong item back to you, you said you need to investigate it with your transportation about the lost/actual item I ordered. All while asked me to also ship the wrong item back to you (which I did).
3 weeks in - nothing I got back from you. Please refund me please. I'm hopeless and started to think this is a big scam from you.

The shoes arrived well but the shoe box was in a bad shape, ofc a box is a box and I don't collect shoes so no problem for me.
Also a negative point, the outsole was not 100% clean, there were 4 spots with some dirt sticking on it.... ofc the inside was clean and the shoe had a "new" shoe smell.

I like the idea of Yak Leather, and that the shoes were resoleable.
Vent 1/2 UK size down from my other Hanwags, like other reviewers of this model. The fit is fine. The left shoe is nice to walk in, but a Manufacturing defect in the right heel caused a huge blister on my right foot. I reported this to your shop 26.06.2026. With fotos of the shoes.
The problem is not solved yet 20.07.2026.
Your response is slow (but kind), and your communication about what to do, and what will happen next is unclear.
No matter what, I’m going to return the shoes to your shop. Hopefully I get my money back!
22.07.2026 So Hanwag is to blame about the slow/no response!?

The ordering and delivery were fine, but the mountain running shoes were not great. My feet got soaked when wearing them. The mountain running shoes were expensive, and for the price I would , at least expect them to keep my feet dry . VERY DISAPPOINTED. I recently bought 2 pairs of different kinds and none kept my feet dry. Would not recommend buying shoes from Hardloop. I won't be buying shoes from Hardloop ever again.

For waterproof options, I recommend looking for shoes with “GTX” in the name, which indicates they are equipped with a Gore-Tex membrane. Excellent service, fast delivery, brilliant
communication and love the product which I received.
These are words which in no way apply to Hardloop. An absolute shambles of a company. I’m not going to waste more of my time describing the farce I have gone through. See the other 1 star reviews on here from the last few weeks and my experience is a carbon copy. My near 80 quid refund? I doubt I will see that anytime soon.
Update: I ordered these shoes exactly 1 month ago today and I have yet to receive a refund. My shoes were indeed delivered….. to an address about 50 miles away! Now, It was DPD who got lazy and decided just to dump the shoes after attempting to deliver them to the incorrect address. Hardloop need to review their contract with them me thinks.
Hardloop say they will process my refund once they get the shoes back. That simply won’t happen now they have been taken delivery by the wrong person. So; is that Hardloop’s fault? Im not sure. But they are certainly keeping hold of my
Money. I should have paid £16.00 extra and got the shoes delivered next day on Amazon. You live and learn I guess.
Further update: I have looked at further reviews from the last few days on here and my problem seems to be happening to folk from Paris to Timbuktu. Hardloop….. sort it out and 1. Refund everyone. 2. End your contract with chronopost. They are ruining you.

500€ order. empty box arrived
ordered a pair of shoes for 500€. They sent me an empty package!! They didn't provide any proof of sending the item, plus the box was open. They didn't even have an insurance on the package and they didn't provide a refund or replacement. Don't order anything from this site, I threw away 500€
