This company is an example of the modern capitalistic outfit whose aim is to get rich quick by manipulating customers. Instead of ordering what you need when you need it, Zip Health automatically sends a new supply when a certain time period elapses. It’s my fault for trusting Any company to be fair and transparent about their shipments. You have to keep track of all this stuff and respond to their emails. I did see the email about the new shipment and tried to stop it but of course got the “ your message wasn’t delivered” message. This is why everyone is so paranoid of scams. I hope this company goes out of business. The only thing you can do is call them and they will end the agreement- after they charged you for the second shipment

*** Public Health Warning ***
If you or a loved one value your health stay clear of this catastrophic disaster of a pharmacy and it's employees.
Here they have assembled the most useless, lame, inept group of incapable morons in a single building on this planet. The only other group close to them is not far away at the local Post Office.
Take the time, buy the gas, take the bus even but please find yourself another pharmacy, any pharmacy it will be worth it to save yourself the grief and aggravation they will inflect upon you for no extra charge.

I first thought this would be an easy and great way to get medication without having to drive to a doctor office and a pharmacy. They had already taken my money before my prescription was approved. That bothered me a little but when I tried to start the consultation is when the real trouble began. I got an error message and I didn’t want to go back thinking that I may be charged a second time so I clicked on customer support or whatever it was termed. I was then treated by some sort of ai which couldn’t understand my question and kept telling me to go back and try what I had again. I did this several times and received the same error message. So I tried the another way which gave an answer to every question but mine. I also noticed I could message customer service and they would reply in a day. I started trying to find a phone number as I had noticed one when I first started but now it was gone. By this time I wasn’t giving up. I went to the original start page on another browser and suddenly it was there again just as i remembered. I called the number and was on hold listening to terrible music and when the lady finally answered I could barely hear her and after telling her what happened and giving her my name and date of birth I was put in hold again. When she returned I never understood what the problem was and I’ve had several of these consultations with my doctor and others but I asked if they could call from their end but never got an answer. The lady said they could set it up for the next day. Obliviously she wasn’t listening. Then I asked another question and the first time she didn’t hear but when I got angry and spoke over her she told me they could not do that. I asked her to refund my money she said she did and it would be available in five to seven business days. Never once did she ask if she could help me in any other way and she was never polite. She never apologized for my inconvenience or the problem which was on their end or they would have told me how to fix it on mine. She was very cold and I imagine that it was from dealing with frustrated customers like me all day. I would never recommend a company that does not take customer service seriously because if their is no customer there is no business. Thanks for an unpleasant experience and about an hour of wasted time Zip Health.

Absolutely do not recommend! The website says I've exceeded my limit after ordering over 3 months later. And all the hassle when I purchased because of there sales.
Sildenafil 100mg was prescribed for me. I took it according to directions two times. BOTH TIMES I got severe headaches, THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE, THAT LASTED FOR 24 HOURS! I couldn't sleep, not even 2 opiates I take for my back would help. The first time I thought I was having a mini stroke. I am in perfect health, I go to the gym often and have a perfect blood pressure. The second time I realized it was the ZipHealth Sildenafil. Your brain hurts but it is also right behind the eyeballs. The headaches start about 8 hours after using the sildenafil. I couldn't believe that, the first time, it was the Sildenafil because I have had a script for Sildenafil before from other companies. Obviously, not everyone is going to have this type of reaction but please read on just in case it happens.
I was in bed for two days and my body was trying to get the chemical out, so I was also dry heaving, throwing up nothing.
I mentioned the back of my eyeballs hurting worse than any headache I've had before also. I bring this up because the ZipHealth Sildenafil also caused a change in my vision roughly 45 minutes after taking it. It was daytime and everything looked darker than it should. I also lost the red part of the sunlight spectrum, more noticeable at night, so things looked kind of green. It is a known fact that Viagra and/or Sildenafil cause changes to your vision. This is listed as a Viagra common side effect and as you get older it is more noticable. After going through this horrible experience the second time it started to make sense that the Sildenafil was not only affecting my eyesight but also was causing prolonged pain at the back of my eyes and in my brain. The eyes are connected directly to the brain and are considered as a part of the brain. Your brain is where you actually see things; your eyes just create an image that rods and cones detect. So, being a research chemist I verified that my headaches were due to this script. Headaches are also listed at the top of Viagra side effects. The headaches did not go away after 8 + 24 hours. I just got tolerable headaches by comparison the following days and weeks.
I have one more complaint about ZipHealth, the company: How they handle subscriptions is not customer friendly when it comes to notification that a subscription is about to be shipped. Right after I was very upset about spending $100 on a non-subscription script that I had to throw away, I looked at my email and they sent me more Sildenafil. I was given no time to cancel it before they shipped my next autoship subscription. I checked my email to find out that on the same afternoon they had already sent me "approved" and "they shipped it already" emails. I check my email every day but that afternoon I found out without sufficient warning.
I called their customer service and they said ZipHealth was going to charge me ANOTHER $100 for the same type Sildenafil that I had thrown out, which previously cost me $100 because of my serious reaction. Amazon, Chewy, ro, GoodRx, etc. all send you an email enough days before they send any "Autoship" items to cancel or change your autoship order. TODAY, ZIPHEALTH READ THIS REVIEW AND SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT THEY HAD REFUNDED THE FULL COST OF THE SECOND SUBSCRIPTION SILDENAFIL. So they were nice enough to refund me $128, including shipping.
SO JUST KNOW YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN YOUR SHIPMENTS ARE SCHEDULED.
OTHER THAN MY HEADACHES (WHICH I CAN NOT KNOW IF THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU) I FOUND THE ZIPHEALTH SILDENAFIL TO BE A VERY EFFECTIVE ED TREATMENT, BETTER THAN MOST ONLINE PHARMACIES. MY 1 STAR RATING IS ONLY FOR MY OWN EXPERIENCE. Also keep in mind that "Invited" reviews here are not really valid reviews. Invited reviews include influencers who are contacted and sent the product, no customer shipping experience and preferential treatment, therefore they are very biased in favor of the product. Notice that most all of the "Invited" reviews are 5 Star. This means that a company's real score is significantly lower than its shown average score because of the many invited reviews.
I hope you found this helpful and it wasn't too long.
I kept out all emotion and stuck to the facts.
Just since fall 2025, the newest version generic FDA approved Viagra, Vybrique is now available at real pharmacies with a script from your doctor for the same cost as Sildenafil. "Vybrique, the first FDA-approved sildenafil oral film. It utilizes the same active ingredient as classic Viagra but comes in a discreet film strip that dissolves directly on the tongue." It's the true generic Viagra Only version of "Sparks."

This is outrageous. The order hasn't been processed for two weeks. It is impossible to get through by phone or chat with an agent.

Absolutely ridiculous to wait 5 to 10 days for a refund. In the future I will buy from a different online pharmacy.

My order when I paid was $54. When I received the confirmation email it changed to $193. While on the phone with customer service, I was told it was a simple glitch and I have to wait to get my money back even though it's not my mistake. I wonder how many people haven't noticed this "glitch". Time is money and I was not treated well because of this mistake. Now I potentially wait 2 weeks to get my "glitch" money back.
