The team of three worked diligently, carefully and cheerfully. It was an excellent moving experince.

I had an outstanding experience with Zip Moving and felt it was important to recognize the exceptional service they provided.

Every interaction with the company was professional, courteous, and customer-focused. The moving crew arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and completed the move efficiently and without any issues. The entire process was seamless.

What truly distinguished Zip Moving was their commitment to customer satisfaction. During the move, the company proactively contacted me to ensure everything was going well and encouraged me to reach out immediately if I needed anything. That level of follow-up and attention to the customer is something you don’t see very often.

Having hired multiple moving companies over the years, I can confidently say this was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Zip Moving to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused moving company.

Extremely disappointing interstate move. Damaged, missing belongings, inadequate staffing, poor communication, and unacceptable claims process.

Our move was arranged by Interstate Moving Company and subcontracted to Zip Moving & Storage. Unfortunately, our experience with Zip was extremely stressful from start to finish. We paid for a half-pack service, but the crew was understaffed and unprepared for the size of the move. The driver arrived late, ran out of packing materials and used our supplies. I helped pack until approximately 3:00 a.m. The move was not completed within the scheduled timeframe, and our realtor had to provide access so they could return for belongings left behind. The driver arrived without the proper equipment to transport our golf cart, forcing us to hire another company. A very concerning incident involving an additional worker called demanding payment to driver. The driver was on the phone arguing with him, told me he needed to pay the worker or "something bad could happen" and was gone for hours. I was with my 9-year-old son and should never have been placed in the middle of that situation. No acknowledgment from Zip after reporting.

Our belongings were placed into multiple storage units, handled several times before delivery and when we received our property a month later, we discovered numerous damaged and missing items. The claims process is equally frustrating. Items were denied as having "pre-existing damage" even though the company could not provide detailed original documentation supporting that determination. Other damaged items were denied because the company claimed its crew did not pack them, despite our paying for half-pack service and the movers handling, loading, storing, reloading, and delivering our belongings.

We have completed multiple military-related moves. This one was not military. Never experienced anything like this. I would never recommend Zip Moving & Storage after this experience.

Amazing job! Very careful taken of my items

The expediter and the crew foreman were not candid. Half of the job remains unfinished, and the expediter Oscar, knowingly left me with a house not emptied. As of the moment we cannot locate certain art and kitchenware. At the very least, boxes were not marked.

The Zip movers for Bethesda, Maryland were excellent. Armando, Montiel, and David handled my items carefully yet were very quick. They were efficient, and team leader Armando made sure that all of my instructions were completely carried out.

Great service. The were fast and professional. The stacked the truck with care and treated all my items with respect. My only problem with them is timing. They were scheduled to arrive between 7am-9am. At 9:30 i called to follow up and did not get a response from he driver until after 11am for an 11:30 arrival. I did not appreciate this as we wasted half the day while i was paying a truck and driver to transport my items. Then i had to pay far extra time on the truck and an extra day because we lost to much time. They were being taken to Florida from Atlanta. Would still recommend them and use them again

The crew (Jose and Edu) showed up early. They were extremely courteous, professional, and very, very efficient. They finished the move quickly, more than an hour earlier than the estimate provided a week earlier by an extremely friendly and understanding young man. The efficiency of the movers actually ended up saving me both time and money! And absolutely everything arrived at the new apartment without so much as a scratch on it! Outstanding service, great communication. Thanks Zip!

I cannot say enough good things about Zip! We were in a rush to clean out a deceased relative's apartment, and the Zip team met our rapid schedule. Jacob met with our family to help us understand the process & provide a good quote, and Armando and his team were fantastic on the day of the move itself. They were careful, wrapping fragile items with care, and speedy. The entire team did an amazing job from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Fast and efficient

From start to finish, Zip Moving and Storage did an excellent job handling my move. Their customer service is top notch. They were responsive to my needs and helped identity the best scenario to accommodate me as a solo mover. On moving day, Victor and his team were on-time, prepared, skilled, efficient, and kind. Best of all, the entire Zip staff are good people. They provided the help I needed. I am so glad I went with this company.

We worked with Robin's team and they came within the stated time window and were efficient and careful with our items. They were kind and respectful. They helped make our move as easy as possible!!

I really like this service, anyone can earn money.

**update - absolutley no updates or communication. We asked if there were any updates on our move and received a response of "no updates"**We used this company to move. They picked up our stuff after giving us very little notice of when they were going to arrive. They arrived at almost 6pm and moved until almost midnight which our apartment neighbors loved. Since they have picked up our stuff they have failed to give ANY updates on when it will arrive. They didn't label the boxes with numbers or scan stickers like other reputable companies. I've literally moved countries and my things arrived in shorter time with better communication. This company is awful. I've moved 10+ times and this is by far the worst. They keep saying ridiculous things like the truck is in the shop, we have too much stuff for a single truck (they picked it up in a single truck). I'm quite literally not sure if my belongings are ever going to show up and if everything will show up. Pick a different company because this one is unprofessional and disorganized.
