Fantastic experience. This is the third time we have used them. I highly recommend them. Staff was professional, and helpful beyond the typical scope of work.

Devin, Garrett and their crew were excellent. Went above and beyond!

Triple the price for the worst job I’ve ever seen. They had to send people out to repack most items, openly disrespected me in my own house. Did not have TV boxes and labeled my 77” OLED upside down and backwards so it traveled facing the wrong way on the knife edge top of the TV with no protection on the corners.
I would never hire them again and would implore anyone else to never hire them. It cost me over $1400 for 3 hours of sloppy packing that had to be redone.
Worst experience hiring packers or movers ever in the many times I’ve moved.

Mario and his team were great! My only disappointment was my things were not organized based on rooms in my home into the storage units.

The guys were great, Micah, Vance, and Felix were awesome, quick, and thorough with everything. Would definitely call you again for another move!

The young men that help me move were excellent

This was our 2nd time hiring Black Tie within 2 years for an in-state move about 2 hours away each time. Both experiences were great. The booking, scheduling, estimating and communication were all I could ask for, and the guys who did the actual moving were super nice and hard workers. We also felt the price both times was extremely reasonable, which was icing on the cake. Will definitely call again when needed and will refer to friends, family and clients.

They were very professional, it was very hot out I felt terrible, that we had to go into the 3rd hr . They were champs for sure , the boxes were all supposed to moved prior to them coming .

Black Tie quoted us around $1,800 and confirmed the move was consistent with the scope discussed, yet charged us around $4,000. The crew lacked basic equipment like straps and dollies and worked so slowly that I had to personally help finish before nightfall. They made excuses that were untrue.

Brent, Robert and Felix were absolutely wonderful to work with. They did such a great job at wrapping up my furniture and getting it carefully loaded and unloaded from the truck and set up in my house. I also want to note their customer service during the scheduling process is also amazing. I had to reschedule my move twice, and both times they were so kind and understanding and got me rescheduled. Will absolutely use Black Tie Moving in the future.

I was really disappointed with the experience. I didn't mind that the service window was delayed, things do happen as a day goes on. What I didn't expect was two young men, one thin and one hefty. I expected two strong men to handle my three very heavy 75 lbs. each, mirrored chests. The two just barely got them up the one flight of stairs without incident. I pray that they haven't caused themselves personal injury. I was told that the chests would get extra wrap because of the mirrored surfaces- they weren't. The thing that took the cake was the fact that the workmen did not have a box cutter to remove the cardboard. I had to supply it! This is in no way what I expected from a company with the name "Black Tie Movers" The website sounded so professional I didn't look up any reviews off of the site- my mistake. The workers were very courteous. I'm at least thankful for that.
