Roadway provided the easiest, stress-free move possible! All of my things were packaged and taken care of and I did not have to worry about them at all during the process. The movers were kind, efficient, and quick to transport all of my things. I highly recommend using them for your next move!

They've always been super careful with all of my furniture and belongings, and during my most recent move they packed up my roommates' and my entire three-bedroom house with ease. They made sure to label everything so each box ended up in the right rooms, and honestly made the whole moving process so much less stressful.

Roadway did an amazing job picking up my items all the way in Minnesota! They wrapped each furniture item with care and plenty of moving blankets and I knew my items would be extra safe during transit. A couple of weeks later, sure enough every box arrived and was fully in tact and in great condition

Roadway was absolutely the best moving company I have ever worked with. Not only were they on time and finished early, but they handled my items with such care, were so friendly and overall made the day so much easier. I will be using roadway for all of my moves from now on, highly recommend them!

The movers are both sides of the move were great.

My only issue is having Alessio call me on the afternoon of the 4th of July and asking for the rest of the balance due. He called on a Saturday and strongly implied if I didn’t pay the remainder of the bill that delivery might not happen on July 6, a Monday.

I told him to bill the credit card on file but he insisted that perhaps I should go to a bank on the afternoon of the Fourth of July and get a cashier’s check.

I told him banks were closed on this day, and I didn’t have a relationship with any bank in New York to get a cashier’s check, and that I was not an ATM machine where I might withdraw over thousands of dollars.

He then sent a form to submit but there was a problem on his end as it would not submit.
Finally my son helped me to load info on his form. As a senior citizen, it was beyond my capabilities.

He basically ruined my holiday weekend and I never want to interact with him as he displayed no common sense.

Why the previous credit card info could not be used is unknown to me, why he had to call on the holiday weekend is unknown to me, and why he was not understanding my situation is u known to me.

Otherwise the Roadway expert was quite good.

Working with Roadway was the easiest, most seamless, and amazing experience! They are truly the most hardworking, efficient, and trustworthy people and I am so grateful for how easy they made my move. I've now worked with Roadway for 10 moves and I will never go anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough, they are incredible.

I've now used Roadway twice for moves in NYC, and they've been fantastic both times. The team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making the experience as easy as possible. We added their packing service for this move, and it was absolutely worth it. They packed and transported our oversized mirror, vintage marble dining table, large artwork, and other heavy pieces with incredible care and attention. From start to finish, they made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and seamless, even with a dog and a one-year-old in the mix.

The team was 3.5 hours late due to challenges with prior moves that day (which wasn’t really their fault). I had a hard deadline for getting to the storage unit by 7:45pm and they worked incredibly hard to make sure that happen in record time — so I have to give a 5 star rating. Everything arrived in tact.

Amazing experience! On time, fast, very efficient! Hernan was our foreman and the team was very professional and kind. Would highly recommend to any one.

I had to move very last minute and had to move everything into storage while I figure out where I'm going next. I was freaking out about what to do with my things, but Roadway came to the rescue. They talked me through the process and made it all feel a LOT less overwhelming. The movers showed up on time and were absolutely lovely! They worked quickly and efficiently, despite dealing with incredible heat and my 4th floor walk up. Honestly, I cannot recommend them enough!!!

It was hot and there were lots of stairs. But the guys hustled to get the job done. Professional, easy to work with and they worked really hard. The administrative end of things was really professional and helpful too.Thank you!
