These retailers are worst on customer service ,1 they do not have a phone number to call 2. They do not respond to email inquiries 3. They are worst than Chinese eBay in delivery! Don’t trust the timeline they give you when they confirm your order , it is a black hole with fake status of your order for days. Made my order on 8 June, today on 18 days and my order is not event passed to
Courier ! I was supposed to receive it btw 13-17. A number of email to their black home and no response ! They are very frustrating, unreliable and unreachable! Only use them if you have. 3 or 4 weeks time to receive your order !!!! Their parent company in sweden should consider if they want to have basic service like a customer phone line so once could reach to a human when no email is responded ! Xlmoto operates as a purely online retailer managed by its parent company, Pierce AB, based in Sweden. They do not maintain a direct customer service phone hotline for Xlmoto Germany, handling all support exclusively via email.

I like XLMOTO
I like XLMOTO - BUT this experience was bad!
My order was not complicated.
XLMOTO chose to send my order with GLS.
GLS did not bother to deliver my packet/order at my door as stated. We spent two days at home to be able to receive a packet that never showed up!
Then the driver for GLS chose to deliver my packet to a pickup-point. The sad thing was the this information was never given to me. When finding out about the pickup-point we rushed there to get the packet. BUT - the Pickup Point had no working terminals - so they were not able to give me my packet, even if it was visible from the counter. Luckily we managed to get back to the Pickup Point two days later. Again trying to pick up. This time the personell at the Pickup Point made up a history that the packet was missing. My impression was that the person at the Pickup Point wanted to steal my package. Since we were two persons to pick up this shipment, we were still able to see/view my package from the counter, so after a heated discussion, we got the delivery.
Will I order online from XLMOTO again. Probably not. Will I order something that has GLS as the shipper - NOT AT ALL.

Ordered a few things for over 500 euro…
Ordered a few things for over 500 euro from their webpage and all items showed as in stock
Then nothing arrived and the status is showing as waiting for stock
Customer service seems non existent. You can email them but so far they seem not interested in responding
I will now ask for a refund let us see how that goes
And never order from them again
I ll stay away
