False advertisement! Not compatible

Xlmoto is giving false advertisement here! This part is not compatible with a cfmoto 450sr, but with a honda cbr650!
It is the wrong part number and not fit for a cfmoto.
(Seems like they also removed this article from their shop, maybe they noticed they are illegally advertising this as compatible!)

Good afternoon,

thank you for your review!

We see that you have ordered a pinlock instead of a visor so hence the confusion. On the product page in the drop down menu you need to select the specific variant that you desire.

You can return the item for a refund and order the correct one through the website.

Best regards,

Size 45, tight cut above the ankle, but 5 stars for customer service

The product I ordered, water proof motorcycle boots. Normally I have a shoe size 43, I always order larger, it's warmer and easy fit with socks if needed. So I ordered size 45 as usual. Large enough for a comfortable fit. As it appears that I have an important BMI, I was unable to close them due to small cut above the ankle. After contact with the customer service, I did return these boots and ordered another pair of boots at XL-Moto. I recommand this company.

Good afternoon,

thank you for your review!

Sorry to hear that the fitment of the shoes was not according to your expectations. These specific boots tend to run smaller indeed so our apologies for the confusion with the sizes.

If you do not wish to keep the boots, you can return them for a refund of course. We won't charge you any return freight in this case as a form of compensation.

Best regards,
