Long delivery, DHL does not communicate well. Product was as expected from Motea, very good

I ordered around july or august but i got it at november , from an german company but it was chinese quality and origin. I paid too much for this quality! Shame! I kept it because I don’t want wasting more time to care about this thing!

The products that I have bought were accurate the site is really helpful and easy to surf and find whatever you want. One thing that really needs to improve is that there were no instructions in the box for the products that I have received.

ordered a product, took ages to ship (2 months), when finally got the information that it would be shipped, afew days later, witouth further explanation, received the information that the order is going to be refunded. Very disappointed with the company

The product was not as advertised. The advert was clearly AI generated and a whole lot smoother than in reality. The product was cracked when I received it, and I was complaining. I was offered a 10% discount, which was not reflecting the reduced quality and damage to the product. Positives is that they are available from customer services and that the product was delivered in just a few days.

Serious concerns about fraud – no delivery, no accountability and no functioning customer service

I am extremely disappointed with MOTEA and strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order.

I ordered and paid for a dining table on October 5, 2026, for €126.98. The estimated delivery deadline was November 1. The deadline has passed, and I have received neither my table nor any reliable information about its whereabouts.

What makes this situation particularly unacceptable is MOTEA’s complete lack of accountability.

Their customer service contact form repeatedly returns an “Unsupported Media Type” error, making it impossible for me to submit an enquiry through their advertised contact channel.

After publishing my previous Trustpilot review, MOTEA responded publicly. They acknowledged the missing delivery, the lack of information and the technical problems with their contact form.

Yet they provided absolutely no solution.

No tracking information. No order status. No revised delivery date. No alternative way to contact someone who could actually investigate my order.

How can a company accept payment for a product and then be unable to tell the customer where that product is?

I have also seen other customers, including customers in Denmark, reporting similar experiences.

At this point, I have serious concerns that this may be fraudulent activity. I cannot establish that fraud has occurred, but the repeated failures to deliver, communicate and take responsibility have destroyed my trust in this company.

I have reported the matter and am pursuing my options to recover my payment.

MOTEA, customers deserve more than generic apologies on Trustpilot. They deserve the products they have paid for, functioning customer service and genuine accountability.

Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I will update this review if MOTEA finally provides a concrete resolution.

Stock was available on the site, after payment I check my order and it says 4-5months for delivery.
I try to get a refund using the website form and a error appears on the page after I try to submit.
This is just outrageous im going to take legal action, this is a scam you cant do that to people.

Simple, quick, without problems, good quality

I waited ages for that delivery and UPS managed to c**k it up. Trying to organize a second delivery through their site is like fitting wheels to a tomato. Time consuming and totally hopeless. I finally decided to call Motea (very helpful and courteous) who suggested I find a way of messaging UPS’ client service. I did just that and it took numerous messages with them to finally got them to reprogram a delivery. It is not the first time UPS proves disappointing and why anyone would use their service is beyond my understanding. Well done Motea. UPS sucks.

Flawless experience. Product received as described. Delivery was timely and the communication was clear and prompt.

Bought a mcdolly. Some wrong drilled holes and wrong bolts. Small paint damages. But all i all im satisfied.

I ordered crash bars and a wind screen. Crash bars arrived (after 5 months), wind screen is missing, when will it arrive? It says on November 6th, is it coming?

Very helpful team. My mirror was damaged in a minor accident. Although unfortunately there were no spare parts for it, they replaced the entire mirror. They helped me even though my problem was no longer under warranty. Thank you very much!

The quality of the buied cover ist not good, not enough for the winter in Germany
