This is a really great company and would recommend them to anyone with a clear conscious. I rang them to ask about the different coals ( I'm in cornwall so we have different brands of smokless coal locally) and the lady on the phone was lovely and helpfull. The next day I ordered a tonne using the website ( great price) and it was all done really efficiently and then had two follow up texts from Lisa confirming the delivery date, and on the day the driver rang me to confirm his time of arrival. The product looks terrific (eco glow) and I can't wait for winter! Why can't all businesses be like this? You get the feeling its a genuine family doing their best to do things properly. I wish them every success and will definitely use them again.
