I ordered a blueberry plant in early summer and had it arrive dead, likely from the heat wave during that time. Willis Orchard Company got back to me and let me know they’d ship me one in the fall. Sure enough, I received a healthy looking plant without any further issues. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend

The dormant persimmon plant never came alive despite all precautions. We have discarded it.

Got a couple apple trees and a fig from Willis Orchard Company and they arrived with the roots wrapped and nothing broken. Planted them a week ago and both are already leafing out so I am happy with it.

This company has the audacity to charge me a 10% cancellation fee for trees that will not be delivered or pulled for 4-6 months.
I ordered fruit trees to be planted in the fall. It said 10-14 days to deliver but they have in the fine print deliver from december 2026 to march of 2027. Why would anyone order trees to be delivered in 4-6 months. They took my money immediately and are charging me a 10% restocking fee to restock trees that will not be ready for 4-6 months. go anywhere else. They have no dignity as a company and from what I can see from reviews of tree that are dead or flat do not produce i guess its worth 10%. The only way they will continue to make money is fleece their customers with unnecessary charges.
needless to say I would consider any reputable company over a company that refuses to try and work with you but immediately goes straight into the 10% they need to survive,

Easy and great products. Unfortunately I did have a couple trees that didn’t make it (cherry tree, fig and walnut), but all the others have grown beautifully and are flourishing.

My wife and I ordered a big quantity of trees from this merchant. The delivery dates for many of the trees were in the Dec 2026 to Mar 2027 timeframe. We selected expedited delivery and the website indicated it would be within 14 business days. Almost a month later, we have no trees and no word on when any of them would be shipped. We requested a cacellation of the order because there is no expedited delivery, although it was paid for. They agreed but are reducing the refund by a 10% cancellation fee. There is no expedited delivery it seems and this seems like fraudulant adversting and a false promise. I would advoid this orcahrd at all costs,

I bought four trees from Willis Orchard. Two of them was dead. The other two are struggling. Big difference comparing trees I bought from other places. The only reason I bought them here because they promised the credit. They did credit on my dead tree. However, they charge each of the items $25 shipping fee, even a pair of cutter. This high shipping fee are not reasonable at all. It makes us no way to use the credit. My suggestion is not buying trees at this places any more. A sneaky seller.

I did not receive my full order. The invoice said that I would receive the rest of my order at a later date. I thought that was fine.

They never shipped the rest of my order and gave me the run around when I emailed them.

Not a trustworthy company.

I had previously ordered 2 mimosa trees from another company the year before. They started out saying I’d get them in a week. Then a month, then 3 months, then not til the next spring.And that’s when I said no more delays, cancel my order. I was so disappointed that I wasted that whole time that the trees could be establishing themselves.
But your company delivered them exactly when you told me, no delays. And they are doing very well. I’m very happy with them and I think I will be ordering another one! Thank you!

The blueberry bushes came when expected and in seemingly good condition. However they were somewhat in shock and have not produced many berries this season. In hindsight I would have purchased younger bushes and waited a year for them to establish, rather than paying a premium for older bushes that didn’t produce.

I ordered 2 pecan trees. One of the trees never produced leaves. When I contacted Willis Orchard, they were very friendly and very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do to get the tree replaced. High recommend this nursery!
