Ordered and received very nice coffee filter holder but unfortunately with an unexplainable purple mark I couldn't wash off. After showing pictures amd explaining I was given a full refund which came very quickly.

wtf?! came in the worst packaging; smashed box..sander marks all over, weird marks on it..honestly, it's horrible and i don't even think it was handmade by this so-called artsan shop...

I recieved my wooden bangle box in perfect condition, despite the horrid weather it arrived on, the packaging survived and so did the box! It was dry and the delivery service was quick! As for the box itself, you can tell the quality and craftsmanship was made with care and the polish is smooth to the touch. Absolutely would buy again from this company! Highly recommend!

I really love the piece that I ordered. It’s super solid, heavy, beautifully made and has a great hand feel.

I was ultimately prompted to buy the piece after I had submitted a request to their “notify me” distro, and within 24 hours I got an email response, from a person, who informed me they weren’t planning on restocking that piece. The customer service being so quick and authentic was what ultimately gave me the confidence to order a different piece.

The only complaint I have is that I wish it was clearer which color went with which stain. I thought I had ordered a lighter colorway and was delivered a darker colorway. It’s ultimately fine, it still matches my decor, but something to keep in mind when ordering.

Great little jewellery box! I purchased a simple single-layer walnut box which arrived in a week and was quite well packaged.
It’s super light-weight and has a really nice quality feel to it, the edges don’t have any raw or awkward glue spots or imperfections. The hardware seems okay, the lock mechanism is very simple but smooth enough to use. Looking forward to it being my daily jewellery box and see how it wears over time.

Bought the 6-drawer Jewellery Organiser Chest in cherry wood. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It is true to the photos on the website - beautiful, well made and sturdy. Very pleased with the purchase.

Absolutely stunning design and quality! My order was delayed but they were super sweet and easy to communicate with, and even gave me a little wooden cat keychain. I would definitely recommend! The wait is worth the while.

Didn’t know what to expect, but honestly the piece I bought is so high quality. Opens and closes beautifully, and a great way to store my fountain pen inks where they’re protected. Will buy from here again!

I love this box, it’s very beautiful and exactly like the picture. I’ve been searching for some time for an ideal jewelry box to pass down to my daughter as an heirloom one day, and this one was so perfect because I love everything wood and birdwatching.
Only suggestion would be to pack it in extra box because it came in a gorgeous red gift box type that I would’ve loved to repurpose and keep for like papers and little things, but it got destroyed by shipping and tape. Beautiful packaging.
They have also put a little wooden comb in it which was very neat and sweet.
