Very exceptional experience and effective in customer service

Wonderful business, all around. Providing delicious real maple syrup, some infused, with a very good consistency and flavor.

Beautifully packaged for safe delivery. All bottles arrived intact. I appreciate the ecological choices made in packing materials. I look forward to tasting the syrups soon.

I love the hoodie! It arrived in a timely manner, the price was reasonable, and who can pass up Seasons Beatings with Krampus? Can’t wait to see my husband wear it for Yule/Christmas!

Great products, well packed and shipped. Syrups are delicious and the artistry in presentation is beautiful. Going to keep every bottle as its own souvenir of a wonderful experience and mini work of art.

Love your flavors! Love your packaging.

It's always a sweet pleasure to open the box and see my purchase! Thoughtfully packaged and never wrong! Won't my elves be happy to get this in their stockings !

We love collecting your bottles of syrup! We have a shelf for the bottles we have already purchased!

What caught my eye was the amazing selection of beautiful products. I love all the artisanal syrups and the ones we’ve tried have been outstanding! I love that it’s a small company, run with care and love.
I had a small hiccup with our order (1 bottle didn’t arrive in my order). It was shipped quickly and with a HAND WRITTEN note! In an age of automation and AI, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that!
We’ll be back for more syrups and to try the coffee.

Wytchwood keep up the awesome with your products and customer service. For example, the Circe Lavender and Lemon maple syrup, your quick responses and attention to a customer's request such as myself.

I've yet to try so many of your other products, but feel pretty confident not to be dissapointed.

Thank you! I truly hope to continue coming to your store for amazing and delicious products.

Great customer service and attention to detail.

I recently purchased some syrups from this company as the brand looked novel and I thought I could give them as gifts. The package came with the bottles securely wrapped in honeycomb paper. They bottles were cute with a wax seal. They even threw in some cute maple leaf hard candies. (I only add this because they were really good, but I couldn’t find them at the online store to buy more. Maybe they were a test product or I was just not able to find them….can you help a girl out Wytchwood?!) The chocolate syrup is wonderful. It has an unbelievable chocolate and maple flavor with neither flavor overpowering the other. I cannot wait to try the rest of the flavors. Needless to say, my family will not be receiving these this year as gifts unless I decide to purchase them more. I’m keeping the remaining ones to savor on some biscuits with butter. I really want to say I am sorry my family won’t be getting them this year…but who am I kidding, these were really good.

The products are amazing and it is so important to support small independent businesses. Highly recommend you try their syrups.

The very best maple syrup I have ever had
