Love this company so far. I ordered two hats. One came in with a wonky bill but they are sending me another with no issues. Great and fast customer service.
I have a big head and can never find a hat to fit. These hats fit great! I’m so happy with my purchases.

I have ordered 9 different caps from Lift Down for a couple of reasons. Their design is simple (no logo), the quality is great (100% cotton) and the regular fit is perfect for me as someone with a slightly smaller head. When I had an issue with one of the caps, the team responded quickly and resolved the matter within a day. Thank you to the team there!

Not made in America

There was an issue with the manufacturing on the item I ordered (it’s bound to happen). When I reached out to Lift Down, Marielle responding quickly and sent me a new hat. Great customer service! It’s one thing to have everything go smoothly, it’s another to make things right. Marielle’s response makes me a customer for life.

The product was exactly as described in their ad. I purchased four hats hoping they would fit my large head and look like they were not squeezed onto my head. The fit was perfect and the style and colors were great. Good communication and updates on delivery. I will buy from this vendor agsin.

Excellent customer service, and I finally found a true low profile cap.

The e-commerce platform is designed very well. Searching the catalog and placing orders is very user friendly. Seamless process thru the ordering . Very pleased with how quickly after the order was placed I received the product. The Classic baseball cap is very well designed and the fabric is perfect. Many colors to choose. The customer "care" is as great as their products. Very helpful very focused on the customer. CAPS off to them !!!

This will be the third hat I purchased from them . Some how the order got lost . After contacting customer service . I received a email back in about 5 min. . They are shipping me out a new hat . No question asked , no hassle. Great customer service . Will definitely use this company again.

I have a stupidly large head. Aside from a New Era cap I got from a second hand store, these are the only baseball caps that have ever fit. They're beautiful, and the ordering experience was painless.

Quick resolution
I needed to exchange a hat since I already had that color and they made it easy. It’s my second order, I love the simplicity of the caps, no logos!

As someone with a small head I have a hard time finding a baseball style cap that fits until I saw liftdown offers a size small vs just a one size fits “all”. I love the hats I ordered. I had a small quality issue with one hat, the seam was a bit off. I sent a picture to the company andbtgey sent a replacement right away. Very impressed with the quick response and taking care of the issue immediately. I will definitely recommend this brand to friends!

There’s a huge gap between the instagram ads and the reality. The product arrived in just a bag, the material isn’t particularly nice to touch and very thin. The fit isn’t as smooth as it should be. I’ve bought the medium and it still had excess bumpy material… and I don’t have a small head!

On the plus side, Marielle from lift down reached out and helped with a refund - great customer service very friendly… but I’m sorry I can’t recommend the product.

I can only assume that worldwide orders are fulfilled by a different manufacturer - else I can’t explain why so many other reviews are raving about them.

I chose Lift Down somewhat randomly from a web search for hats for men with big squashes. I liked the designs and the lack of logos on the front, so I bought one and liked it. I bought two more but mistakenly sent them to the wrong address. Well, to say customer service was excellent would be an understatement. They were wonderful! As long as I keep wearing (and loosing) caps I will be buying from them.

My favorite cap to wear. Had a small issue with the new size I ordered and they took care of it right away.

Found this cap company through instagram - popped up in my ads section, currency was in US dollars . So was assuming they have a store based in the states or something but nope that doesn’t exist. Nothing wrong with the caps, looks okay . just the caps took 2 weeks to get delivered to aus from china without a box just wrapped in a plastic bag. Was excited about the caps but the packaging was really disappointing compared to the price point you’d get and similar styles from alibaba that’s also manufactured in china for a fraction of the price. So yeah in reality paying premium pricing for online instagram marketing .
