The folks at AdventureUs are always so helpful! The repairs on my favorite portage pack were done promptly and well. It's now ready for another 20 years of adventures! Plus it's not in a landfill and I don't have to do a ton of comparison shopping to replace it. (It's irreplaceable anyway.)

Their brick & mortar location in Washburn is also a delight - such a thoughtfully curated mix of their own products, plus cool stuff from other local/regional creators of neat things. (Ooh, and their hoodies are ridiculously soft!)
