Can you believe you have to pay £10 extra to speak to an advisor on the phone
Had a random issues with password as I’ve been with swift over before
Had to contact by telephone and if it wasn’t for a nice lady called Julie I would of been stuck to solve the problem
Because when you ring and give your details the phone goes dead and it basically says do everything online
