I love how Swarovski pieces look at first – they’re shiny and elegant – but the quality doesn’t match the price. After a short time, the plating started to fade and a stone fell out, and customer serv... See more

Binos repaired to new condition!
Recently sent my swavorski Binos in, because I couldn’t focus. Mind you, I’ve had these bins for 15 years. They were beat up pretty bad. I sent them off to Swavorski Optik North America for tuning and repair. They repaired them in line of order received and had them for at least 30 days. Price to repair and fix them was $75.00. These are back in my hands and they are better than new. They replaced anything that needed replaced, fixed and adjusted them and like I said they are better than new. They obviously stand behind their product and took the time to make sure they were restored. I’ll continue to do business with them and impressed with the quality and customer service was impeccable.

A “worldwide warranty” that requires international travel
My Swarovski bracelet broke after only a few weeks of normal use. The quality is so poor I would prefer jewlery from H&M.
It was purchased at an official Swarovski store in Stockholm, and I live in Norway. Swarovski acknowledges the 2-year warranty, but both Customer Service and the Stockholm store insist that the ONLY way to have the bracelet assessed, repaired or replaced is for me to physically travel to an official Swarovski store in another country.
They will not allow me to ship the defective bracelet to them – even by tracked and insured mail.
So apparently, to use Swarovski’s “worldwide warranty” on a bracelet that failed after a few weeks, I am expected to travel internationally and show up in person.
For a premium brand selling expensive jewellery across borders, this is an astonishingly poor warranty policy and customer experience.
I certainly won’t buy Swarovski again.
Gift box looks like car boot sale
I paid £140 for a cross. They sent it, the 'gift' box I paid £3 for has a dirty great sticker and bar code on it. Obviously it doesn't come off easily and has left glue paper, and scratched where I tried to remove it. Looks like something I bought at a car boot sale now. Complained and was told to drive to a shop and they would give me a new one. So I see, spend another £5 in petrol, take some time off work, yeah that's easy lol. Also the watch I bought the same person a tear ago the stones have fallen out.
Not received item. Not received 10% discount
Online it noted 10% on your first order. No discount code was sent or applied for me for the first order. I have emailed them regarding this 10 days ago - no reply.
My order was Due to arrive on the 28th of August on a designated date - It is now the 30th of August and I have still not received the item. The delivery status has said - Preparing for Delivery since the 26th of August. I have logged a complaint - No reply. My Wedding Anniversary is today and I am not able to give my wife the gift. I'm very disappointed.

Brought a Crystal keyring which is beautiful but the clasp that the crystal is attached to is awful. The crystal has fallen off more times than I can count and on one occasion my car keys fell off. Luckily I found them under my car. Poor response from customer service. Would not advise buying this type keyring.
Detangled necklace by Sophie
Yet again the girls at the Livingston store were OUSTANDING. Another tangled messy necklace detangled by the amazing Sophie. What a magician this young lady is. All so pleasant as always. Thank you to Sophie and the team. 5 stars
Plus they found me a duplicate of my bracelet which I had lost - fantatsic.

sent me empty boxes with no items in there - the delivery box was ripped at the bottom. i sent them all info they advised to wait 7 days for refund or replacment. they now said they will not provide either and go to bank to dispute the charges. robbing people do not order from them ever. they will not open the case they go of by whatever other people say saying the box was not damaged when you can clearly see the delivery photo vs my images. customer service is bs they said they have a manager but not available to speak to then say they dont have a manager at all. so they have the items and my money. scammers do not order!!! avoid avoid
ive been a long time member with them so this is shocking

We visited The Swarovski store in the Trafford and was made up to see behind the counter Hamida who had gone above and beyond in helping me and Deb pick Debs mother day presents.
Kamal came over and his service was first class what a credit he and Hamida are to your company in fact I would they are “ The CARLSBERG “ of employees for any store , so so helpful it was a pleasure to be attended to by both 🏆
Keep up the good work and your knowledge of what you are selling a breath of fresh air 🥇🏆
I was invited by Swarovski to visit one…
I was invited by Swarovski to visit one of their stores. So I chose to visit one store in London. My appointment was at 2:15PM a day ago and on arrival I spoke to three staffs who were at the counter and had to explain to them why I was in store and maybe because I mentioned window shopping, none of the three staffs showed a welcoming gesture and proactively showed me around or told me that apart from the Ariana Grande Collections there were other collections based on my needs. One staff later answered my query in a polite way. The store wasn't that busy at that time and I found few staffs talking amongst themselves and have a laugh.I thought maybe I should leave the store for a while and revisit later.Thank God because of my intuition (though doubtful because of not being welcomed and not good customer service as expected of a Swarovski Staff), I went back to the store at 16:30hrs and met this Wonderful and Professional Staff with excellent Customer Service Alanah who spoke to me and asked what I needed and apologised about my experience later and according to my needs, guided me to show what the Company had in terms of collections though what I wanted was not in store, she showed that particular earrings and bracelet I was looking for. Though I didn't buy anything from store and couldn't get a gift, she then showed me where the photobooth was and I was able to take few great pictures too.Alanah was patient and so polite too. Also the Security staff (on my first visit)was very professional and understanding as I told him I would revisit the store and because he let me revisit the store the second time, I was able to meet Alanah. As I was leaving the store, the security's mannerism was good that he understood that my store experience was great the second time and he encouraged me to buy something from the store so I will be able to get a gift and he had good Customer Service mannerisms too. The other staffs definitely need more Customer Face to Face training and to treat customers with more respect and dignity and be proactive asking Customers if they had anything specific in mind and if they like Gold plated or Silver plated jewellery etc.Anyways would have given a 5 star if my overall experience was great during the first visit and such that my second visit could have been avoided but I am so glad I did the second time, as my customer service experience was the best.
⭐️ Extremely disappointing experience
⭐️ Extremely disappointing experience – Swarovski Metrocentre
I am absolutely appalled by the way my daughter was treated in the Swarovski Metrocentre store today.
I purchased my daughter a Swarovski ring 7 months ago for £111. The ring has now caused her finger to turn green. She has followed the care instructions and has been extremely careful with it. She removes it before washing her hands, never wears it swimming, never wears it around cleaning products or chemicals, and doesn’t wear it when applying creams or lotions. She only wears it on special occasions or when going out.
She went into the store today expecting help with an issue concerning a relatively expensive piece of jewellery that is only seven months old.
What followed was over 20 minutes of back and forth with Charlotte, the sales advisor, who I found to be extremely rude, patronising and condescending towards my daughter.
Rather than simply dealing with the issue professionally, my daughter was repeatedly questioned about what she does with the ring, what she does with her hands and what the ring had supposedly been exposed to. She explained several times that she takes excellent care of it, yet the questioning continued, almost as though she was being interrogated and they were trying to catch her out.
Charlotte apparently stated that, simply by looking at the ring, she could tell it wasn’t a manufacturing issue and must have been caused by how my daughter had cared for it.
I’m sorry, but how can that conclusion possibly be reached simply by looking at the ring?
Eventually, after more than 20 minutes of going backwards and forwards, the ring was exchanged.
However, my daughter was then told that if the same thing happens again, she would not be getting another replacement.
I find this particularly unacceptable.
This is a £111 ring that is only seven months old. My daughter has been following the care instructions and only wears it occasionally. Yet instead of feeling reassured after the exchange, she was made to feel as though she was somehow at fault and was effectively warned that if the replacement develops the same issue, that’s the end of the matter.
If Swarovski has a genuine concern that the problem is related to care, then assess the item properly and explain the findings professionally. What isn’t acceptable is making assumptions, repeatedly questioning a customer and speaking to them in a way that leaves them feeling accused and belittled.
My daughter has sensitive skin and is very careful about what she uses on her hands. She knows how she looks after her jewellery.
I appreciate that the ring was eventually exchanged, and I am giving credit for that. But an exchange does not excuse the way my daughter was spoken to or the attitude she received in the process.
For a brand like Swarovski, I expect much better.
£111 is a lot of money to spend on a ring that develops this issue after just seven months, and customers should not have to spend 20+ minutes arguing their case while being made to feel as though they are responsible for the problem.
The product issue was disappointing enough. The customer service and attitude made the experience considerably worse.
I sincerely hope Swarovski reviews how customers are being treated in this store, because my daughter deserved far better today.

I ordered a pair of earrings online and was delivered an empty box. I have reported to customer services and now have to wait 6-7 days for a ‘result’!! So, in the meantime, I’m out of pocket and have no gift for my friend’s birthday.
Horrible customer service!!!
I wanted to love this store. But after repeated horrible experiences, I can no longer in good conscience recommend Swarovski to anyone who values their money or their peace of mind.
Here's the reality: the moment your warranty expires or your receipt goes missing, you become invisible to them. I stood there, literally offering to pay full price out of pocket to have my own jewelry repaired, and was met with a flat, robotic "no." Not "let us see what we can do." Not "here's an alternative." Just no.
Gemstones fell out of pieces I had bought and cherished. All I wanted was to fix what I paid for. Instead, I was treated like a stranger asking for a favor rather than a paying customer trying to give them more money. Jewelry is supposed to be an heirloom, something that lasts a lifetime, not something that becomes worthless the second an arbitrary policy expires.
And the prices? Sky-high, for service that doesn't even bother to meet you halfway. This isn't a one-off bad day either, this has been going on for years, and clearly nothing has changed.
Save yourself the money, the heartbreak, and the disappointment. There are jewelers out there who actually value their customers after the sale, not just at checkout.

I have many Swarovski sets bought from all over Europe. The most recent set I bought in Corfu Greece. The lady there was lovely. I see a lot of bad reviews on here about the jewellery. Keep in mind… you have to take care of this jewellery. Don’t wear it in shower or to bed and polish it with the Swarovski cloth after every wear and your Swarovski will last a lifetime. All my jewellery pieces look as good as the day I got them because I take care of them. My Swarovski watch is my most favourite piece.

Utterly lousy, terrible company, terrible service - an utter nightmare
Utterly lousy, incompetent, dreadful…… I purchased a Swarovski product for my partner, as she had specifically asked for it, being her favourite colour. They sent a faulty product - a necklace which fell apart the first time it was used - the terrible workmanship was absolutely shocking. There then proceeded to be months of incorrect information about how to return it for replacement/refund. When it finally did get returned they left it almost three months, for me to start chasing, before the admitted they couldn’t find it!! This is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with, incompetent to the core and they will, without fail, be receiving a court claim for the product, the huge time-wastage and the fact that my partner is now without part of a present she had asked for. Never, ever purchase anything from this godawful company, the whole process was a nightmare, a nightmare that is still not over after almost a year of messing around!!!!

Very Disappointing Experience with…
Very Disappointing Experience at Swarovski Perth City
Yesterday, I visited the Swarovski store in Perth City Centre with my two daughters. My youngest is only three years old. She became excited when she saw the sparkling display couch and innocently jumped onto it with her shoes on, as young children often do.
Instead of speaking to me politely, an older staff member immediately started lecturing my three-year-old. She repeatedly said, "This is a $25,000 couch. You should only look at it. If you want to sit, sit like this."
I understand that expensive furniture should be treated with care, and I would have happily asked my daughter to get down if the staff member had simply spoken to me. However, expecting a three-year-old to understand the value of a $25,000 couch and speaking to her in that manner was unnecessary and upsetting.
If the couch is so valuable that customers, especially young children, cannot accidentally touch or sit on it, then perhaps it should be protected behind a barrier or kept in a display area instead of being left accessible on the showroom floor.
This experience made us feel unwelcome, and it was disappointing to see such a lack of understanding and kindness toward a young child. Customer service should include empathy, especially when families with small children visit the store.

I needed to visit my nearest Swarovski…
I needed to visit my nearest Swarovski branch (Meadowhall) because I noticed a crystal missing on my Rose Gold Swan pendant. The lady who served me was great. She explained that they don't replace stones but I was free to choose a replacement product, which I chose to do. I feel sad that I had to return a damaged product and hope it can be fixed somehow and not just disposed. I chose another Swan pendant (I like my Swans !!). I will be looking after my new 1 & save it to wear on special occasions. I love the way it sparkles when the sunlight shines on it. Thanks for the help 👍

Sold a defective watch
Sold a defective watch, blamed me for it, and then went silent.
I bought my sister an Octea 37mm watch from the Swarovski Outlet at Seattle Premium Outlets (Tulalip, WA) on July 5, 2026. She didn't like the color, so I went to return it 6 days later, well within the return window.
The watch was never worn. The factory protective film was still fully intact on the bracelet and even covering the watch face. During the return inspection, we discovered it was chipped in three places, including underneath the unbroken film. In other words, Swarovski sold us a damaged watch.
Instead of accepting the return, the assistant manager accused me and my family of wearing and damaging it ourselves, with the sealed film right in front of him. He was rude and dismissive, refused to listen, and repeatedly implied we were lying. It was humiliating and easily the worst retail experience I've ever had. The only thing he did right was document the refused return on my receipt when I insisted, noting that I disputed it.
I then did everything right: I emailed Swarovski customer service with photos of the intact film, the chips, and the signed refusal note. I received one apology email saying my complaint was forwarded to the district manager. Since then, nothing.
Swarovski advertises a two-year warranty on watches, yet won't even respond about a watch that was defective out of the box. For a brand built on luxury, the aftercare is shockingly poor. A $195 watch, chipped from the factory, and their answer is to blame the customer and stop replying.
I have full photo documentation and will update this review if Swarovski ever resolves it. Until then: inspect anything you buy from them very carefully before leaving the store, because they will not stand behind it afterward.

I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience shopping with Swarovski.
I placed an order for two items and paid in full based on the information on your website, which clearly showed that both items were available for collection from your Trafford Centre store. A couple of hours later, I received an email informing me that one or more of the items had been cancelled because they were supposedly no longer available.
What is even more concerning is that, after receiving this cancellation email, I checked your website again and both items are still being advertised as available for collection from the same store. This is completely unacceptable. Either your stock management system is inaccurate, or customers are being misled into purchasing items that are not actually available.
Accepting payment for products that cannot be supplied and then cancelling the order shortly afterwards is extremely frustrating. While I appreciate that a refund will be processed, this does not compensate for the inconvenience, wasted time, and disappointment caused by this experience.
As a premium brand, I would expect Swarovski to have reliable and accurate stock management systems. Customers should be able to trust the availability information displayed on your website before making a purchase.
This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in Swarovski and I will be reluctant to shop with your brand again.
Great service
I was sent the wrong item but after speaking to a gentleman on the chat he sorted it for me and I received the correct item 3 days later. Great customer service, thank you.
