Extremely disappointed with the quality of my purchase from Pandora Morocco. I bought a silver-plated necklace that deteriorated in less than a month. When I reached out to them, they refused to exchange it, using the excuse that I wore it to the beach.
It is unacceptable for a brand like Pandora to sell items that lose their finish so quickly. They claim to sell genuine silver, but honestly, based on this experience, I highly doubt the quality of their materials. Do not waste your money here if you expect durability

Pandora has the worst policy. For a sale done within minutes, I was refused a refund.

No refund possible????????? This is absolutely mindboggling. Pandora is not only overrated but their policy in France is unacceptable!

The worst experience. I used to buy my friends a charm in all countries I visit. NOT ANYMORE.
I wilL make sure to let everyone KNOW about this HORRENDOUS policy.

I am horrified that a store refuses to process refunds. And the store assistants WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.

This company is shameful. We returned a broken charm (due to a manufacturing defect and under warranty) on December 22 via UPS, as instructed by their terrible customer service department. The UPS
TRACKING 1Z 97R 61V 91 9465 0167 shows that it was delivered.
We have not received any refund, we have sent countless emails and received no response.
Never buy online from Pandora, crappy jewelry store.

This concerns Pandora France. They do not provide customer service. I was waiting for a delivery by UPS, and to my utter amazement, I received a message saying that I was not at home, even though I was. UPS did not make a second attempt, and I had to collect the parcel from a parcel point of their choosing. Unfortunately, this parcel point has impossible opening hours and is also in the opposite direction from where I live and work. Impossible to pick it up.
UPS unreachable!
Pandora shrugs its shoulders and says you figure it out. They are the sender and responsible.
What a drama, both UPS and Pandora.

I would like to complain about discrimination on the basis of language I faced in Pandora store in Riga (Akropole Riga mall).
On September 19, 2025 I entered Pandora store willing to buy jewelry for my daughter. Together with her we have chosen the article I wished to buy and I called for the shop assistant Anastasia. I referred to her in Russian but the shop assistant replied in Latvian.
I have referred to the shop assistant Anastasia several times in Russian drawing her attention to the fact that I am speaking Russian. However she consistently and intentionally continued to speak with me in Latvian, refusing to speak any other language. Moreover she declared that she is going to speak with me only Latvian as it is the only official language in Latvia.
The significant fact is that Anastasia's native language is not Latvian and she spoke Latvian with a clear Russian accent. The other fact is that Anastasia did not offer me to speak English, German or any other language, but insisted that we should speak Latvian, even ignoring if I don't speak Latvian.
As the result of such behaviour of the shop assistant Anastasia was my refusal to buy anything in Pandora store - I quit and found another store to spend my money.
Later on I sent the claim to the local management of Pandora store. They replied me very fast and provided me with the following information:
- they checked the case and have not found any problem with the behaviour of the shop assistant;
- they are convinced that in accordance with the law the shop assistant should speak with all the customers only in Latvian as it is the only official language in Latvia.
The local management of Pandora store could not provide me with the information about the exact name or article of the law according to which it is prohibited to speak with the customer in any other language if the customer asks for. After the store management declared that the shop assistant should speak only Latvian with all the customers I asked the exact question: if the shop assistant would speak Latvian also with the customer from England, Germany or France - on this question I have received the answer that the shop assistant will speak with such customer in English.
By such manners the local management of Pandora store in written confirmed that the shop assistant should avoid speaking Russian with russian-speaking customers in the country where Russian is a native language for 50% of inhabitants.
The mentioned above fact reveals the unfair treatment of a person because of their native language is considered to be linguistic discrimination or discrimination on the basis of language. The direct prohibition on use of Russian language is exactly the sample of linguistic discrimination. The fact of such prohibition is confirmed by e-mail sent to me from the office of the local management of Pandora store. The most interesting thing is that the local store management persistently wrote me responses to my complaint in Latvian, even though I had contacted them in Russian. This not only indicates discrimination, but also a lack of basic politeness!

The fact mentioned above gives me not only the reason to consider that the local Pandora store comites the linguistic discrimination, but also that Pandora store is not willing to sell Pandora products to russian-speaking customers whereas such customers are not welcomed in Pandora store. I think it is a good reason to avoid Pandora stores.

This jewelry supplier is very disappointing. The gift card sales are a scam, requiring multiple trips only to find that no store is able to redeem it. The customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

10d ays ago Pandora Website NZ, promoted a big promotion online. I tried to buy 3 times a bracelet, different sizes, different types and I got an email confirming the order and after they cancelled the item, bracelet, one after another. But they sent all the charms, but I cant wear the charms because I dont have the bracelet. If the website is not accurate and made a mistake is not my problem. They need to honor what they sell. The company is doing bait advertising (using misleading incentives) — when a trade advertises products and services they can’t supply. These must be available in reasonable quantities for a given period of time (or a reasonable time if no time is set). Any limits on the offers should be clearly stated.) this is ilegal in NZ. Considering that they cancelled the bracelet from the order but they didnt cancel the other itens, which i could wear only if i got the bracelet. I tried to buy 3 different bracelets, 3 times it was available online and they didnt send it. I asked them to put me on waiting list or to give me a coupon discount to buy later with the same price, considering that it was a website mistake, they didnt reply me. I sent email many times, almost 2 weeks and noting. I feel like an idiot. I am trying to send back the charms, because I dont have a bracelet to wear it. They just dont respond. It looks like this company is corrupt stealing customer money and taking advantage selling only what they want to sell. I want a solution.

Bought a charm bracelet less than two years ago and the lock keeps coming undone without force or anything!
I approached pandora in store and head office and they did not want to know about it. Basically bad luck and thank for the 129.99 I spent!
Never again.
